Negative experience: UNACCEPTABLE, I put 1 star because you can't put less. After scheduling an appointment to see an apartment, they cancel with very little notice for the next day. The next day, they cancel it again, and on the third day they tell us that there are many people interested in the apartment and CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT AGAIN 30 MINUTES BEFORE, when those interested parties emerged after our first appointment. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment to visit an apartment on Monday, and the appointment was changed twice due to the agency's reasons with very little notice. On Wednesday, after being postponed for the second time less than 30 minutes before the agreed time, I inquired about the exact address, to which they replied that they would not show me the apartment since multiple interested parties had emerged in the previous days. At no point did they bother to notify me of the cancellation of the visit in advance. Very questionable professionalism; they are totally unprofessional.
