Negative experience: Absolutely terrible my experience here. Not so much with the agency but with the agent who assisted me, who, after vague and strange answers, did not respond to messages or calls, and in the end, I was left stranded without a place... The story is longer, but it causes me so much distress that I prefer not to remember it, and besides, the details are of little use. The summary is that my experience was horrible. Even the other agent who was there, when I went to ask what was happening, offered to talk to her landlord and rent me the apartment she was going to leave, a sweetheart. I feel that the good work of this professional is overshadowed by the malpractice of her colleague.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the Álvarez agency. I came from Madrid specifically to buy a very interesting apartment on Langreo Street 2 in Gijón. My agent, Natalia, was charming and helpful at all times. I stopped by the agency as soon as I arrived in Gijón, just before closing time, to greet and discuss the appointment we had the next day to visit the apartment and give the reservation deposit. Only one colleague, Lucía, was in the agency, who rudely attended to me when she saw me looking at the sale sign for the house. She told me that the house was not available for me, but for other people who had seen it a day before me, but had not given any reservation deposit. After closing time, Lucía called other clients outside of hours to pressure them into giving a deposit, after the deadline had passed, taking away my opportunity to visit and secure the apartment the next day as planned. My agent arranged an appointment with the commercial director because we could not believe what was happening. In the end, I returned to Madrid empty-handed due to the poor management and bad faith of some agents at this agency. I do not understand how these things can happen in agencies of this caliber. I suppose I overestimated the Álvarez agency.
