They go back on their word saying it’s not true that you’ve called. A truly terrible treatment and a quality of work that leaves much to be desired. I will never contact this agency again.

Negative experience: We have been tenants in an apartment managed by this agency, and the experience has been lamentable; any of our previous private landlords were much more professional. When a problem arises, you have to insist several times for them to resolve it (if you don't give up beforehand), and when the settlement arrives, you have to check everything closely because there is always some mistake (and coincidentally, it is always in their favor). Things like trying to apply a 10% rent increase according to the CPI when they know that legally, they cannot apply more than 2% (among other things because other neighbors had already pointed this out to them) border on pure and simple fraud.

I rented an apartment that was DIRTY and had not been cleaned for years; I had to hire a cleaning service they refused to take responsibility for. Throughout my stay, they DID NOT respond to A SINGLE EMAIL. And to top it off, I have been waiting for the return of the DEPOSIT for 6 months. I went to the court this morning to request a verbal trial because they have no intention of returning either that money or the last utility bills (they did not change the name on the accounts until two months after I left the property). My advice is to not rent anything from them, but if you do: make sure all documents are properly signed, get a COPY, the contract signed by the OWNER, the fact that they act on behalf of someone means nothing, get the owner's address, email, and phone number. And as soon as you leave the apartment, cancel the electricity and gas; they will tell you that they will change the name on the accounts, but then they don’t do it and you keep paying.

I own an apartment in Gijón, which I currently have rented through the comprehensive service provided by the Asturias agency. Well, it must be so comprehensive that they make decisions without consulting the owner, such as: - accepting an apartment that was delivered in perfect condition and returned in poor condition by the tenant, which is only verified 15 days after the tenant has left. To top it off, I had to go myself to check in detail all the damages and send them a detailed report to the agency, since what I received were blurry photos taken with a mobile phone. - calling my insurance to take care of the damages caused by the tenant. The contract clearly states that the tenant is responsible for repairs. - making repairs in the home without prior authorization from the owner. - not answering the phone to the property owner who only wants to know what is happening, since three months have passed since the tenant left, and there is no news at all. I do not know what the treatment is like towards the tenant, but with this agency, it is perfect to rent if they later disregard the liability clauses they have defined in the contract themselves. I have requested to speak with a manager. Let's see how this matter ends.

Creo que la educación es básica, y decir hola y adiós debería ser lo mínimo en cualquier puesto de trabajo. En todo lo demás, bien.

Y si les preguntas por las demás reparaciones te dirán que eso lo tienen que hablar con la agencia, la agencia le tirará la pelota al dueño y si pides hablar con el te dirán que les pagan para que no les contactes. Mientras tu, en tu casa llena de humedades, mal aislada donde el viento mueve las puertas cuando sopla, te sientes cada vez más miserable. Así, como resumen, la experiencia de alquilar con agencia Asturias. Huid como de la peste.

Negative experience: Gestión nefasta, me enseñaron el piso en febrero sabiendo que había que limpiarlo y arreglar unos muebles en la cocina.Llegó abril mes en el que tenía que entrar y el día de la Firma del contrato con empresa de mudanza organizada me llaman para decirme que no está limpio. Salen del paso cómo pueden y hoy 17 de junio aún sigo con los armarios de la cocina sin arreglar.Cuando llamas el responsable siempre está de vacaciones y la persona con la que hice contrato no coge teléfono solo WhatsApp. En serio no volveré a confiar en ellos ni se los recomiendo a nadie.
