Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency was terrible. They wanted to charge me for the simple note of an apartment they were selling! Unbelievable (I have the screenshot of WhatsApp where they provided me with the bank account to deposit to..) and all this without even having bought or signaled it..

Negative experience: The worst thing that could happen when you go to buy an apartment happened: being lied to. I asked Mr. Juan if the building had a favorable ITE because there are banks that won't give you financing without it, and above all, because an unfavorable ITE is a box of unpleasant financial surprises. He replied that he didn't know and that he would find out. He called in front of me and confirmed that yes, the ITE was favorable. He also informed us that there was a pending fee between €7,000 and €10,000. What was my surprise when I attended the first meeting of the neighbors, where they informed me that the ITE was unfavorable and that the fee I would have to pay would be €33,600. I went to ask for explanations from the real estate agency, and Mónica (the saleswoman who sold me the apartment and who worked wonderfully well, quickly, effectively, and answered all my questions) was surprised that the ITE was unfavorable (as she was in front of me and Juan when the latter informed me that the supposed ITE was favorable), and Katia, the head of the real estate agency, blocked me on WhatsApp, and Juan, in addition to being a null professional and deceiving me, has not responded or made himself available. Katia informed me by phone that I was correctly informed about everything and that the existence of a possible fee was indicated in the booking contract (possible, when it was already known for sure that it existed 100%). My problem has been that the amount of the fee was not indicated in the booking contract (I thought it was, but everything was said verbally), and not having requested written confirmation of the favorable ITE that Mr. Juan indicated to me at the real estate office.

Negative experience: We felt scammed by this Agency. At first, everything is very friendly and flattering. If they detect that you have a real interest in a property, they pressure you to sign a deposit because, according to them, there are many other people interested. They guarantee that if in the end you are not sure about the purchase or you don't get a mortgage, they will help you find another property until you find one you like or they will refund your money (they literally say that the signed paper is nothing more than a formality). But it is not like that; they do not accept that you change your mind or that you want to leave with your money to look for other agencies. They refuse to return it. In our case, it even cost the manager who assisted us his job for acknowledging in front of the management of Domingos that there was a verbal commitment to refund the deposit from his superior.

I arranged to see an apartment in Gijón on June 16, and on June 15 they tell me that they can't show it to me because the keys are with the person who cleans it.... The appointment was made on June 8... It seems to me that it's enough time to get the keys. It seems very unprofessional to me, especially when the next day, June 17, the apartment is not advertised on their portal.....
