Negative experience: Beware! They try to take your money. We wanted to buy an apartment there and they asked for €10,000 as a deposit and 10 days to get financing, and if not, they would keep the money. In my town, they say that is a robbery at gunpoint. Then they argue that a down payment contract (the normal is 45 days to find financing, advised by lawyers) with more time for financing would mean stopping the operation for too long, but they had us going in circles for 15 days that could have been sold and wasn’t. Bad professionals for buying and bad for selling, don’t let them tell you otherwise, they need to facilitate sales, not hinder them.
