Negative experience: OWNERS DO NOT RENT TO THESE INDIVIDUALS!!!! After six and a half years of having my house with them, they have left it destroyed, with a budget of over 5000 euros in repairs, and they are not taking responsibility for anything. In fact, this individual has been relocated again, I suppose to do the same. THEY DO NOT CARE!!!

Negative experience: They are scammers. They want to charge me €990 in fees to rent an apartment, which is prohibited by law. And they want to make me a one-year renewable contract when it should be 5 years. What a shame! Disregarding the Housing Law so brazenly!

Negative experience: The Getafe agency, the worst, you go and they tell you that you better go to Leganes when the closest one to Parla is Getafe. You ask the woman who works without enthusiasm if she can show us an apartment if they have something, and she tells you to go to the website, and with a sigh, she shows you one and says that's it, there's nothing more... She was in a hurry to smoke her cigarette. A shameful level of service and staff.

They set low rental prices to hook you, but then they take it back from you in another way. Everything that the owner has to pay (camouflaged rental commission with another name, home insurance...) YOU END UP PAYING FOR. Don't be surprised if they don't return your deposit without reason => check the number of complaints they have at the OCU.

Negative experience: A bunch of scammers, they charge you 4 months of deposit and then they wash their hands, even if you are right they always defend the owner. And to get the deposit back, they tell you that they have nothing to do with it, that it is with the owner, and in my case, the owner is a son of a b.... and doesn’t want to pay me the deposit, he says the flat is wrecked and that’s a lie and what am I supposed to do??? This agency should be responsible for the return of the deposit since they are quick to collect it. I would rather live on the street than rent another flat with this agency.

I rented an apartment in Getafe, and they collect the recurring payments before the end of each month, when the contract states it's from '1 to 3' of each month, charging you an extra €15... They were supposed to take care of a repair in the apartment that took them more than 2 months to do, not to mention that the person in charge of the insurance and repairs literally offended my mother by telling her that if she wasn't the owner of the apartment, she had nothing to say. Honestly, it's a disgrace, think twice before dealing with this company, they are incredibly rude and aggressive people. I will make sure that all my family leaves a negative review, which they fully deserve. P.S.: That guy who dared to insult my mother should look for my phone number in my profile and call me so we can arrange for him to insult her in front of me, I would like to see that.

Negative experience: My mother rented one of their apartments in Getafe with this company, apparently fine, until the fees were charged and their manager Cristian, who promised to take some photos, didn't answer the phone for 3 months, disrespecting her over the phone and even insulting her. The rest of the staff is incredible, kind, attentive, and very tactful. There are too many people eager and polite. Avoid that manager and ask for another one. For the rest, you will be happy.

This is my opinion; you all go and form your own opinion. Personally, not only did I not have the year of seniority, but I had also been living for almost two years in the Balearic Islands and moved to Madrid and have not been able to rent, as the non-payment insurances will not make you viable. I submitted a contract I have through a temporary employment agency, which pays well, but is not a guarantee for them. My partner has a permanent contract but only for two months, the time we've been in Madrid, and it was useless!! They requested two guarantors (mine only earned €1000 each) which also didn’t help because for the insurance and rental insurance, my guarantors had their own expenses... In short, it didn’t work!!! Take precautions... according to almost the two months I've been searching, they prefer civil servants and those with permanent contracts... All benefits are for the owners and real estate agencies.

Negative experience: Unprofessional from every point of view. They publish a property, I reserve it the moment I get the alert from Idealista, and 4 days later nobody calls me. The second day after reserving, I get in touch and they tell me they will call me, and nothing. On the third day, I call again and a very diligent girl sends me an email requesting some information, which I send her, and two days later they still haven't called until I get in touch with them and it turns out the property has already been rented. On the other hand, they are the agency with the highest commissions in the market and they are inefficient in terms of service...

Negative experience: After providing the requested data and asking for the certificates and guarantees they needed, they want me to tell them my bank account passwords to access my account. It smells like a scam. Of course, I left there quickly; it is not a trustworthy company. There are many much better options. Highly not recommended.

Negative experience: Hola buenas el día 1 de marzo veo unos de los pisos que me interesan con un buen precio después de más 10 días de publicado en idealista llamo pido mi cita me dicen reservé el piso con 200 que está muy solicitado lo hago al día siguiente voy a la cita llego hay una chica el comerciante david y yo viendo el piso se me hace súper curioso pero bueno me llama Belén para lo de los papeles entregó 3 nominas mas de 1000 e y un aval que también supera lo más de 1000 e para un piso de 650 e me dicen te damos respuesta al día siguiente pasa un día llamo el comerciante David siempre con una mala disposición me espero al segundo día llamo a belen haber que pasa cero información a los minutos me llama el señor David para decirme que no llame a las chica y después de 3 días me dicen que no cumplo el perfil y el señor David me desea suerte en otra compañía jaja que clase de broma es esta si lo quiere en señor David alquilar a un familiar o alguno de sus amistades que no hagan perder el tiempo a la gente espero que esto le sirva alguien para que no pierda su tiempo
