Fantastic experience: La experiencia con VIVIENDA MADRID, y más concretamente con Pedro, no ha podido ser más satisfactoria. Con los tiempos que corren, ha sido capaz de vender en menos de 6 meses, una vivienda con más de 40 años que disponíamos en Getafe. Por encima de su profesionalidad, me gustaría destacar el asesoramiento y el servicio integral que nos ha brindado durante toda la comercialización, desde la búsqueda de empresas para la limpieza de la vivienda en un primer contacto, hasta la gestión del pago de la Plusvalía, una vez formalizada la compraventa. Siempre dispuesto a solventar cualquier duda o pregunta que nos ha surgido durante el proceso de venta, ofreciéndonos la mejor de las soluciones a cada problema que iba surgiendo. Además nos sorprendió la capacidad de reinventarse en estos momentos tan difíciles para el sector inmobiliario, buscando diferentes técnicas de marketing y publicidad, de manera que la vivienda llegara al mayor número de compradores posibles. Por todo lo anteriormente expuesto, recomendaría sin lugar a duda los servicios de VIVIENDA MADRID, para el caso de estar interesado en la venta o alquiler de una vivienda, local comercial, etc... Negative experience: Vergonzoso, esta llenando, ensuciando y contaminando toda la zona de las margaritas, Juan de la cierva, buzones, coches, paredes, suelo de papel publicitario, me parece una vergüenza que ensucien asi nuestro barrio, no entraria a esta inmobiliaria nunca

Fantastic experience: La verdad es que al principio me costó la idea de confiar en una inmobiliaria, ya que no tenía experiencias muy buenas en otras ciudades. Pero nos atendieron muy bien, resolvieron todas nuestras dudas, fueron muy profesionales, tuvieron paciencia y nos ayudaron a encontrar el piso que buscábamos. ¡100%recomendados!
