Negative experience: I am going to share my experience for which I do not recommend it. I went to this real estate agency in September to rent my apartment given their good reviews. When I left, I had very good feelings, feelings that changed radically when I contacted them again to formalize the process. My home is VPO and like any other, it has particularities when renting it (in case it can be rented) with legal limits on both rent and sale. Well, having already set a date to go and take a photo report of the apartment and after having sent them the relevant documentation a week in advance, the night before the visit, they called me to tell me emphatically that the apartment cannot be rented due to the legal characteristics it presents, a fact that I had confirmed the day I bought the apartment. Well, after the news, they told me that they still need to consult with their 'legal advisory', because it sounds very nice to say it like that, when they could have confirmed it 100% before giving me the news hours before coming to the apartment. After the news, I asked them if in addition to the deed of the property (which is still a written legal document that can have typos), they had read the Simple Note and the final qualification certificate, where the real information about the property comes, to which they did not answer me at all. A week passed without news and I had been making arrangements non-stop, and they sent me a miserable email saying that they were sorry, that it cannot be rented. Finally, after the necessary dealings with other specialists in the sector, and after waiting for a response from the Housing Office of Madrid, they obviously confirmed to me what I already knew, that it can be rented under some requirements and maximum legal values. Conclusion: due to a typo in the deed and not having carried out the appropriate checks, combined with not having returned even a miserable call, both they and their 'legal advisory' have demonstrated a complete lack of seriousness and professionalism. However, in photos, repetitive videos, and screenshots of positive reviews, there is a great investment of time and effort.
