Negative experience: MUCHO OJO CON LAS VALORACIONES Según me comentaron, las valoraciones se realizan de acuerdo con el mercado, es decir basándose en ventas en la zona. Sin embargo, en mi caso no me especificaron claramente de cuántos años atrás provenían esos datos. A la hora de valorar mi casa, me presentaron comparativas de pisos vendidos por precios que, en mi opinión, no reflejan la realidad del mercado actual. Me indicaron que el precio máximo para un cuarto REFORMADO en Juan de la Cierva era de entre 115.000 y 125.000 €. Aunque entiendo que no es lo mismo un primero que un cuarto, a mí me parece que, tal como está el mercado inmobiliario, esos precios no corresponden con lo que podría esperarse para una vivienda en esta zona. Es importante tener en cuenta que estamos en pleno "boom" inmobiliario, por lo que, un piso en Juan de la Cierva está actualmente muy solicitado. La demanda es muy alta y la oferta escasa. Cuidado, porque te pueden decir lo mismo que a mí: "Los precios de Idealista están inflados… etc". Es cierto que algunos precios en Idealista pueden estar por encima del valor real, pero así está el mercado inmobiliario en este momento, no lo digo yo, lo podéis comprobar en cualquier portal inmobiliario. En cuanto al responsable de esta franquicia, Bryan, leí comentarios positivos sobre su gestión, de hecho ese fue el motivo para contactar con ellos. Sin embargo, mi experiencia personal fue diferente. Al principio, todo fue muy cordial, pero cuando surgieron algunos inconvenientes durante la venta de mi casa, el tono de las conversaciones cambió y las respuestas no me parecieron tan profesionales como esperaba. Llegamos a una situación complicada en la que pensé que se debía intermediar entre comprador y vendedor, pero me sugirió que hablase directamente con el comprador, cosa que tuve que hacer de manera continuada. Aún cuando supuestamente dentro de sus honorarios entra la intermediación. Finalmente decidí no vender mi casa con ellos (afortunadamente). En conclusión, tened cuidado con las valoraciones que recibáis de cualquier inmobiliaria. Recordad que a las inmobiliarias en general les interesa vender rápido para obtener su comisión, y quizás no siempre prioricen si el vendedor obtiene el mejor precio posible. Si podéis solicitad una tasación, a pesar de ser un gasto inicial os puede ahorrar de muchos problemas futuros. Todo esto os lo comparto como experiencia personal como ex-cliente de esta franquicia. Mucho ojo.

Not making clear how much he charges and his arrogant attitude takes away the desire to buy from them. It's a shame; I recommend that if you are going to buy, be careful with the Financial Department, ask for clear accounts.

Negative experience: Hello, I'm Sole. They have behaved unprofessionally with me. They came to evaluate the apartment, and I am still waiting for them to send me the valuation. I found out that they valued it much higher than other agencies and the cadastral value from the city council. To me, it's a scam. I do not recommend Tecnocasa to anyone, neither for buying nor for selling.

Negative experience: Quedamos para ver un piso que tenían en venta. Cuando llegamos eran las 17:15 horas y habría como 40 grados. Traía el papel que se rellena de la visita y nos dijo que quería rellenarlo. Pensando que iba a ser rápido porque en pleno sol era una locura. En vez de decir entremos al portal o al soportal donde daba la sombra se puso a preguntarnos que buscábamos, porque zona, donde vivimos actualmente etc... le dijimos que hacia mucho calor pero en vez de cambiar de actitud siguió preguntando. Ya le dijimos que o terminaba o nos íbamos de allí. No es normal, tener a dos mujeres de 64 y 74 años a pleno sol para unas preguntas que puede hacer después. Falta de empatía y profesionalidad máxima. Creo que me dijo llamarse Álvaro. Lamentable.
