Negative experience: Good afternoon, I do not recommend this office at all. They sold me an apartment, they asked me if there was any problem if they took the washing machine, I said I wasn't going to lose an apartment over a washing machine. They changed my agent (the other one no longer works there), I was attended by the head of the delegation on Valencia street, the treatment was terrible. When I went to sign, I saw that there were people in the apartment, on the terrace. I called the agency and made them come because they wouldn't let me in. They made a video of the house. I went to the signing and there were still people in the apartment. As soon as I entered the notary, the seller asked if I was coming with a bodyguard because my nephew spoke with Tecnocasa to see if we could view the apartment, and they got angry... so it’s normal for them to have someone in the apartment. We were about to sign, and they started being annoying, asking if I was making a transfer and the seller didn’t know if he would receive it, and I was going to be left as a squatter... In the end, we signed, I went to the apartment and burst into tears. They took the fridge, the oven, the stove, and the washing machine, and I didn't even ask for a price reduction (I later found out that they lowered it by 3000 € for a neighbor). I had to change the lock on a Friday afternoon, 200 euros, obviously I didn't have all the keys. I started to wash dishes, and the kitchen began to flood, they hadn't even put in a stopper when they took the washing machine. The guy from Tecnocasa told me it was as if they took the doors, that they only sold me the four walls, 4500 euros to be treated like crap and to make a video call that my nephew demanded without focusing on the stove or oven, or fridge, or anything, even the living room blind was broken, the doorman didn’t work, and the electrical installation was terrible; when I take a shower, the bathroom light goes out. Instead of being a happy day, it was a day of frustration and sadness. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL.
