I requested information 6 times through chat and by phone, they recorded my personal data and contacted me 12 days later to inform that I was already out of deadline. Poor service from the office. The advertisements were still available 5 days later without the properties being available, false advertising.

Negative experience: After two years of searching for a home, and finally finding one, my worst experience with real estate agents has been with Century21 and their agent Kira. We went to see a house we were interested in. The next morning, after discussing it, we informed them that we were interested in reserving it and that if we were the first, we would fill out all the information with the deposit. After indicating that we had our financing through an agent, we were convinced to wait until the afternoon for the mortgage confirmation (which was clear we would be granted). After their insistence (which was quite a lot), we decided to wait until the afternoon, and what a coincidence, it had already been reserved, and even had a waiting list... But that's not all, we agreed that they would write to us if there was a problem with the first reservation, which apparently there was because months later it was reposted. We tried to contact them again, and when we finally managed to reach her, it was coincidentally reserved again. Wasn’t she committed to letting us know? Anyway, a lack of objectivity and professionalism. Edit to respond: it was a property in Galapagar, Calle Aristóteles. It was at the beginning of 2023 and then a few months later. Maybe the visits were in the name of my wife Ana Belén; I think with that information you can understand the situation.
