Negative experience: The manager of the Av/Los Andes 2 branch is arrogant, only interested in selling high-value properties. I am interested in a parking space (which is much lower in value than an apartment), I visited it and made a proposal for him to communicate it to the owner, but he refuses to do so because I have to pay a fee for him to be able to inform the owner. I consider this an abuse and feel like I am being robbed. With this company's policy, I will never sell a property of mine to this company.

Negative experience: Hace poco fui a ver un piso y lo primero que te venden es su estudio financiero, cuando les dije que yo llevaba mi propio equipo financiero y trabajaba con mi banco me pusieron excusas variadas para que me fuese con ellos, ante mi negativa la actitud del vendedor empezó a ser bastante desagradable diciéndome que no iba a conseguir ningún piso ni hipoteca, llegando incluso a negarse a enseñarme el piso, vamos que o haces la financiación con kiron o no hay nada que hacer, pues para información de esta gente ya tengo concedida la hipoteca y con otra agencia donde te tratan genial sin necesidad de usar sus asesores financieros
