However, in my case, the experience has been somewhat unsatisfactory, mainly due to the lack of sincerity, which is essential for me.

We scheduled an appointment to visit a property in the province of Toledo, while my husband and I currently live in Madrid, and when we arrived at the day and time, no one showed up. We called and they hung up on us. They told us a science fiction story about what happened to this Javier (the one who was supposed to show us the property). Not professional and liars.

Negative experience: If you SELL your house with them, be very careful because they CHARGE a commission to the BUYER that the seller probably has no idea about. They take the buyers to the office, where they ask for €3,000 to reserve the apartment, and they do this by pressuring the buyer, without knowing if there is an agreement to lower the price of the property. Then they settle for whatever you have, even if it's €500. They add that if another buyer surpasses your offer, they will consult you if you want to match their price, and if not, they will sell it to the highest bidder. Additionally, they ask for an extra 4% on top of the price shown in the advertisement, plus additional costs for the loan deed provision, which amounts to more than €15,000, plus nearly €12,000 for the notary, registration, and management. From the savings provided at the down payment, they take almost €27,500 from you... your mortgage will skyrocket... you are a bunch of SCAMMERS.

Negative experience: Si VENDES tu casa con ellos ten mucho cuidado porque COBRAN comision al COMPRADOR de la que el vendedor no tiene ni idea. Se llevan a los compradores a la oficina y alli les piden un 3% mas del precio que muestran en el anuncio y si no lo firman no pueden comprar el piso. Y mientras ellos presionandote para bajar el piso diciendo q esta fuera de precio y es porque les piden mas dinero del acordado en la oficina a espaldas del vendedor. Indicad a cada visita que vaya que el precio del anuncio es el precio final de venta y que de no ser asi os informen porque no hay otra forma de enterarse porque como os digo no permiten a las visitas hablar de precios delante del vendedor, en la oficina es donde les hacen firmar ese documento.

Negative experience: Fatal, llamamos a un tal Javier por un piso que habíamos visto y que quedamos en ver. Después de UNA SEMANA de espera porque nuestra disponibilidad es limitada, nos llaman DOS HORAS antes de la hora en la que habíamos quedado para verlo para decirnos que ha surgido un “imprevisto” y que no se puede ver. Todo ello habiéndonos asegurado que ese día había disponibilidad tanto de mañana como de tarde. Muy poca profesionalidad, y más habiéndole dicho que no teníamos disponibilidad cualquier día. Vaya pérdida de tiempo.
