Negative experience: I do not recommend this real estate agency. My experience has been disastrous, deeply disappointing, and I feel obliged to express it. From the beginning of the process, several irregularities arose that do not correspond to the professionalism one expects. Firstly, the conditions stated in the advertisement were not maintained during the negotiations, and fundamental aspects that were advertised as true were later modified, considerably worsening the conditions. The serious part is that they deny it without any shame or remorse. The treatment received, compared to other real estate agencies, has been second-rate: being attended to superficially and without the necessary professional rigor has been evident. It's regrettable that an agency that should ensure transparency does not meet minimal expectations. The worst and most concerning aspect has been the lack of rigor and verification of the information provided by the seller. Information provided by the seller was accepted as true without being verified and properly checked with the rigor and accuracy required for operations involving hundreds of thousands of euros, resulting in serious harm to the buyer. This has led to inaccurate information and, in some cases, directly incorrect information about the condition of the property and the building in general. This creates a sense of distrust and reveals a clear and evident lack of diligence on the part of this agency regarding the most relevant details. It is extremely concerning that an agency handles such key aspects in these types of operations so lightly, causing serious economic consequences for buyers. In summary, the handling of the process has been unsatisfactory in key aspects such as a lack of sincerity, modified conditions without prior notice, poor and unprofessional service, a worrying absence of rigor in the verification of crucial information, and a lack of transparency compel me not to recommend this agency to those seeking transparent and quality service.

Comenzamos conociendo a DIANA, el día que nos enseñó un piso que nos encantó. Diana fue honesta, directa, clara y muy profesional, además de exhibir una gran calidez y cercanía que facilitó mucho que pudiésemos plantearle todas nuestras dudas y miedos. El piso que nos había enseñado era solo el segundo que habíamos visto. Diana se mostró flexible y comprensiva cuando le pedimos regresar al día siguiente con nuestras madres. A pesar de que su jornada de trabajo ya había acabado, se mostró muy amable y nos atendió con rapidez. Durante el resto del proceso fue contestando a todas nuestras preguntas con gran rapidez y atención, manteniéndonos al corriente de todo lo que necesitábamos saber y siempre mostrándose firme y honesta. Si algo no lo sabía, se preocupaba de averiguarlo. La humanidad y calidez de Diana son cualidades que hemos apreciado enormemente. La experiencia desde el principio ha sido muy buena, en especial con Almudena durante toda la búsqueda, que ha durado lo suyo, y siempre se ha mostrado muy atenta y paciente; y al final con Charo por ocuparse de un sin fin de gestiones.
