Negative experience: Estuve interesada en un piso hace ya varios meses, y llamé para concertar una cita. Tuve que llamar varias veces, me costó contactar con ellos hasta que finalmente lo conseguí. Fuimos a ver el piso, hice una oferta, y nunca más supe del piso hasta que volví a contactar y me dijo que ya estaba reservado por otra persona. Una lástima.

No éramos conscientes del proceso tan complejo que es la compra de una casa en cuanto a trámites, papeleo y personas involucradas. Negative experience: Experiencia horrible. Fuimos como compradores a ver una vivienda, la cual nos enseñó su agente Nazaret. Nos gustó la vivienda, preguntamos qué había que hacer para formalizar una oferta y nos dijo que poner 1000€ en depósito. Lo pensamos y llamamos para quedar al día siguiente a formalizar una oferta. Al llamar ya no hacía falta que fuese tan formal, quería que se la dijésemos por teléfono, se lo comentamos (era muy cerca del precio que pedían) y nos dijo que lo hablaría con los dueños. No nos llamó, tuvimos que llamarles nosotros y nos contó una mentira sobre que es que se había metido un familiar que quería la casa y que para meter presión había dicho que ofrecíamos más de lo que dijimos junto con una retahíla de tonterías sobre el feeling con el cliente y que era muy fiel al primero que se interesa siempre, ya que juega con la ilusión de las personas. Nos pidió esperar que se lo iban a pensar. Pasó una semana y no un día como dijo que tardarían en pensarlo los dueños y no nos llamaba. Cómo teníamos el teléfono de los dueños por un conocido en común les llamamos y nos dijeron que no sabían nada de oferta por nuestra parte y que ya estaba vendido. Jamás confiaría en alguien que miente y además te deja tirado con sus mentiras esperando para comprar o vender mi vivienda. Lamentable la falta de profesionalidad. Espero que sirva este comentario para evitar que otros compradores con ilusión se sientan como nosotros... engañados y desilusionados.
