Negative experience: Unfortunately, our experience with Inmobiliaria Gestión 3 S.L has been very disappointing. Throughout the entire process, we have seen how the real estate agency has neglected its role as a mediator, prioritizing the interests of the owner and only believing her version when managing the termination contract. Despite presenting photographic evidence of the state of the apartment before our entry, they showed no interest in considering it. The most concerning thing is that, in addition to not wanting to collaborate on the return of the deposit, they are demanding an additional payment to cover alleged damages that we did not cause, completely ignoring our claims and evidence. Despite our attempts to reach a reasonable agreement, the real estate agency has refused to continue mediating and, worse, they are doing nothing to help us recover the deposit that we are legitimately entitled to. This is especially frustrating, considering that we paid a fee to the agency just for them to manage these types of situations impartially. In summary, if you are looking for a real estate agency that acts as a fair intermediary and supports both parties, our experience with Inmobiliaria Gestión 3 S.L shows that they do not fulfill that role. Unfortunately, they have only aligned themselves with the owner without offering fair solutions or caring about the return of the deposit.

Fantastic experience: It seems that they have several properties both for sale and for rent in Fuenlabrada and the southern area of Madrid, I suppose there must be a reason for that. In my specific case, although I haven't found the right apartment yet, I must say that Rosa's management is excellent, she is a very nice woman, willing and helpful at all times, which is very pleasant.

Negative experience: I see that everything is wonderful with this agency, but unfortunately I can't say the same. When an ad is posted, it's best to respond to the messages that may be left for you, you never know if a business might arise from there. In my specific case, I left 2 messages showing interest in an ad and they never responded. The most I found out is that the property was no longer available, through a message sent by the application where they had the ad. For me, the management, or rather the possible management and interest, is very disappointing. I can't think of doing anything with them because they don't provide any trust.

Negative experience: Terrible professionals. Some time ago, I scheduled an appointment with them to see an apartment. I was moving from another autonomous community and made it clear that it was the only apartment I would view and that I was 100% interested. In fact, I offered to leave a deposit beforehand. Half an hour before, when I was already on my way, they called to cancel the visit. When I arrived there to ask for explanations, instead of apologizing, they treated us all as rude people, until I decided to file a complaint, and then their attitude started to change. I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone; there's a lack of coordination and professionalism. I would like to clarify: the claim that I didn’t show up to complain is completely false; I actually have a photocopy of the complaint. Besides being rude and irresponsible, they are liars.

Negative experience: Nos enseño una vivienda de dos hab, con grietas y donde en las fotos aparecía amueblado y cuando llegamos no había frigorífico ni lavadora. Encima nos enseño el que estaba reservado.. perdida de tiempo

Negative experience: En dos ocasiones he querido alquilar dos pisos me dicen que el dueño no está y que están esperando para programar visitas nunca te llaman ni te reciben documentación para el estudio es falta de profesionalidad pues si ya lo tienen alquilado deberían de decirle no está disponible y no engañarlo a uno y son varios asesores los que trabajan allí y nunca me llamaron a decirme que ya estaba alquilado como no hay ley para estas agencias hacen lo que les dala gana con los consumidores vergüenza de empresa

Negative experience: La mejor estafa que he visto en mi vida. Como comprador me cobran un 13% del valor de compra, no me dan servicio en ningún aspecto, se equivocan y no dan la información correcta ni una sola vez, y aun así tienen el valor de cobrar sus 4.840€ de honorarios por absolutamente nada. Alicia, eres una crack como agente inmobiliaria, que no sabes si tiene gastos de comunidad o no (ES TU TRABAJO PREGUNTARLO) después no sabes ni que certificado es el de la finca, y por si fuera poco, ni hacéis el intento de enseñar el inmueble, que tu compañera tiene el valor de decirme literalmente " que me pase a verlo a ver si nos encaja y después ya me pase por la oficina". Patético que os llaméis profesionales, cuando no sabéis hacer la O con un canuto. Ojala se os acabe el chiringuito rápido así dejáis de estafar. Pena no poder poneros un 0 o directamente una denuncia.

Negative experience: Pésimo es el servicio que da esta agencia. Solo te dan citas cuando a ellos les viene bien, los sábados no te pueden dar citas porque según ellos:“ese sábado no me toca trabajar” , le pides que te pase la visita con algún compañero/a y te dicen que están todos ocupados y mil ejemplos más que os podría poner. Después de concertar 1 día para ir a ver la vivienda les escribes (a 1 día de la citación) para confirmar la cita y te dicen que esa vivienda ya está reservada… ¿Como es posible que esté reservada si a mi me han tenido 2 meses para poder enseñarme esa casa? Repito muy pésimo el servicio de esta inmobiliaria.

Positive experience: Aunque estamos esperando el resultado de un estudio de solvencia, tengo que decir que la atención recibida por parte de las chicas de la oficina ha sido un gusto. Rosa, quien me enseñó varios pisos es muy amable y dispuesta. Ha estado pendiente cada vez que la he escrito o la he llamado. Ha sido muy paciente porque mis horarios son muy específicos y mi pareja ni si quiera puede venir a las visitas presenciales, aún así ella ha esperado a que haga los vídeos para mandárselos. They have never failed in any procedure, I fully trust their criteria when choosing tenants, I know that all my papers and registrations / cancellations of the contracts are in order. But if that were not enough... the "humane" and family treatment tops it off. They remember so many details not only about my property but about my family and my life in general that help them adjust their services to my needs that I am speechless. Desde 2015 soy la propietaria de un piso en Fuenlabrada. Me lo han ayudado a encontrar y a comprar en Gestion 3 y desde entonces no he cambiado "la mano". Llevo años alquilando mi propiedad con ayuda de los profesionales de Gestion 3 y no puedo estar más contenta. Vivo en el extranjero y gracias a su ayuda y la ayuda de mi suegro no sé nada del piso. Mi pareja y yo visitamos un par de pisos y llegamos a entregar documentación para el seguro de impago y se nos dijo que habíamos pasado el seguro pero que no habíamos sido seleccionados por los dueños, habían decidido alquilar el piso a otra pareja. Seguimos buscando y veíamos que el piso que estaba supuestamente ya alquilado seguía disponible en los anuncios bastante tiempo después. Quedaron en llamarnos para otras visitas y nunca lo hicieron. Entregué la misma documentación a otra inmobiliaria y me dijeron que me faltaba documentación y me la fueron requiriendo, lo que me lleva a pensar que mi documentación nunca fue entregada por esta inmobiliaria. Para salir de mis dudas pedí a un amistad que llamara a preguntar por el piso que decían haber alquilado, pues seguía viendo el anuncio, y le dijeron que seguía disponible y le dieron cita para una visita.

Negative experience: No cumplen con su palabra, nos dijeron que podíamos ir al día siguiente a reservar un piso, y se lo reservó a la pareja que lo visitaba después de nosotros y ni siquiera nos llamó para comentarlo, perdiendo el día siguiente para nada. Un desastre.

Negative experience: No son personas sinceras. Fui con una amiga extranjera buscando piso de alquiler y me dijeron que ya se habían alquilado todos. Por la tarde me metí en su página web y vi varios pisos de alquiler, dejé mi contacto y me llamaron para explicarme las condiciones del alquiler y para concertar una cita para verlo, cuando les expliqué que era para mi amiga que no sabía español me dijeron que los dueños no querían extranjeros... Sé que la culpa no es suya pero me lo podrían haber dicho por la mañana y en vez de mentirme, explicarme qué si que tenían pero no querían extranjeros.
