Negative experience: I do not recommend this real estate agency to anyone, the lack of professionalism and attention to details like simply drafting a contract that protects the client made me lose a lot of money. They truly have no legal knowledge to carry out their duties.

Negative experience: El 11 de feb a las 9.30 se llamo para hacer un contrato de arras por una ático, y nos dijeron que estuviéramos a la 13.00 que estaría el propietario para firmarlo, llego y me dice que durante ese trayecto alguien a entregado una reserva en mano y como lo ha hecho antes que yo... (eso que yo llame a primera hora para entregar y ellos fueron los que me citaron a esa hora)....y aun así digo no pasa nada, quiero hacer una propuesta de precio al alza al propietario ya que el propietario no sabia nada de la reserva anterior, solo de mi contrato de arras, y no quisieron tampoco pasarle la propuesta, con lo que os podéis imaginar como es la gestión y sobre todo el servicio al propietario que podría haber cobrado más y como ya tenían sus honorarais garantizados, pues para que..., con lo que no la recomiendo y mucho menos para propietarios.
