Negative experience: Unprofessional, they are not professional at all. From the experience we had with them, if you are looking for an apartment in Elche, I recommend looking at other real estate agencies. We contacted the agency and Ángel told us to go visit it on the day he was given the keys to the apartment, he asked us when it would be best for us to meet and didn't inform us of anything else. We had a visit scheduled for Friday at six in the afternoon, the day before in the afternoon we wrote to him saying how interested and excited we were about the apartment and wanted to confirm the appointment, he replied that everything was fine. On the same day, just a few minutes before the agreed time, when we had already made the trip to the apartment and looked for parking (it was a difficult parking area), he sent us a message canceling the appointment and saying that the apartment was already rented. Since we were in Elche anyway, we decided to go to the agency where Ángel himself attended us, who, with some reluctance, informed us that a girl interested in the apartment had already met with the owner that morning and had taken the apartment. He rushed us as if the matter had nothing to do with him. It is supposed that he is a person who works in public-facing roles; however, his treatment was never professional since he didn't even tell us that there were other interested parties (if I had known and I had worked the night before, I would have presented myself first thing in the morning). He did not give us explanations, and he canceled the appointment just minutes before the agreed time. We are people, and we all have plans and matters to take care of; however, there are real estate agencies that do not even bother to inform or to have a minimum of professionalism. I do not know what parameters they use to choose tenants, but everyone can draw their conclusions; this real estate agency quickly washes its hands.

Fantastic experience: Félix, the guy who assisted us, is a great mediator and knowledgeable about the legal process necessary to ensure that the purchase-sale process is always a success. Even the seller had some registration issues with the inheritances and he resolved everything super quickly. He knew at all times what needed to be done and managed the deadlines perfectly. Furthermore, now we want to rent the apartment and he is perfectly guiding us on what renovations to make and how to do them to maximize profitability. I am clear that if I need to buy another property, I will contact him directly, as he also collaborates with other real estate agencies, all to ensure that we can purchase what we need.
