Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I've had. Lies, tenants who don't pay, my manager, the agent I got, a guy named Ricardo, I told him I no longer wanted to rent and he showed up at the apartment with a family to move them in thinking I wasn't there.

Negative experience: I booked an apartment on October 25th for 1 month, and for half that time they kept telling me that the tenants were going to be evicted and that day never came. Today, December 5th, they refunded my reservation after giving me the runaround, not responding to my messages or calls. They are irresponsible people and liars since that apartment never existed and was not being rented out.

Negative experience: Fraud! They post ads for chalets for rent on the internet for 800 euros, 700 euros, and when you call, they tell you they don't have a chalet at that price. They're big liars.

Negative experience: SON UNOS IRRESPONSABLES !!! Uno llama para pedir información sobre pisos , dicen que te llamarán pasan las semanas y nunca llaman ! Y no he llamado una vez para que me brinden información ! No me alcanzan los dedos de las manos para contar las llamadas que hice. No solo eso. Mi esposo se presentó antes de la pandemia para un local y la misma situación ! NO SE PARA QUE TIENEN UNA INMOBILIARIA SI DESPUÉS NO HACEN EL TRABAJO CORRECTAMENTE! por su actitud parece ser que tienen mucho trabajo, pero al leer el resto de reseñas no hace falta ser muy inteligente para darse cuenta que son PÉSIMOS.

Fantastic experience: Acabo de comprar un piso con ellos y fenomenal vimos varios y finalmente nos decidimos por uno. Nos sacaron la financiación ya que no teníamos muchos ahorros y se nos complicaba pero nos enseñaron pisos dentro de nuestras posibilidades. Muy profesionales

Negative experience: He estado llamando varios días y no cogían el teléfono. Finalmente me lo coge un chico. Le pregunto por unos anuncios de pisos puestos en un portal de alquiler, y me corta diciendo textualmente: "A ver, para que nos entendamos. Solo quedan pisos de 500 euros. El resto están alquilados". Al decirme esto, le comento que borre los anuncios. Y me contesta: "PUES VEN Y BÓRRALOS TÚ". Y cuelga. Me parece una vergüenza y una falta de respeto y profesionalidad. Servicio nefasto. No se puede faltar el respeto a un cliente de esa manera.

Negative experience: Personal informal, dos veces he solicitado información sobre una vivienda. En ambas ocasiones me atendieron personas diferentes, los dos me dijeron lo mismo, que me llamaría la persona encargada del tema. Facilito mi nunúme de teléfono y todavía estoy esperando que me digan algo. Hace más de tres semanas de ello. Un desastre, parece que no les interesa vender.
