Fantastic experience: Una vegada un notari em va dir que l'únic agent immobiliari honrat de tot Elx era Juanjo. Ho hem comprovat en persona. No sols és pacient, educat i amable, sinó que ens ha ajudat en tot moment, posant el 100% de dedicació i professionalitat. No ha sigut una compra fàcil, però gràcies al personal de Delicasa les gestions han sigut molt més fàcils i ràpides. Hi ha moltes immobiliàries, però ací estan per a ajudar-te i no per a enganyar-te. Recomanable al 100 per cent.

Negative experience: Probably the most surreal and unfair situation I have ever experienced with a rental. Thank goodness the nightmare I lived with these people has finally come to an end. They rented me an incredibly expensive room in September of last year, and a month later it was already infested with dampness. I had to wait weeks and weeks until they started to 'repair' the room. Repairs that left me without a bathroom, punctured the floor below, and caused leaks. They lifted all the flooring. I had the room uninhabitable for months until they finally deigned to give me a worse room than the one I was PAYING for. On top of that, they blame me for not agreeing to give them the key so they could enter whenever they wanted, since after more than ten times of them coming to turn my room upside down, I asked them to come when I was there. I had clear suspicions that when they came, they did absolutely nothing and were just pretending to keep me quiet. And indeed, now they blame me for the problem not being solved when they are the incompetent ones. It doesn't stop there. After all, when I wanted to leave to finally escape this hell, they didn't want to return my deposit. I had to argue for days until they finally deigned to return the deposit that I am entitled to for wanting to FLEE from that cave. I hope my loved ones never deal with Estudios Aleba or DELICASA.

Negative experience: Terrible service, we traveled from another city to see a place because Javier said over the phone that the place was rented as it was shown in the photos, and when we arrived, he told us that everything there belonged to the previous tenant and that we had to buy it, it's a disaster.

Negative experience: THIEVES. I paid three months' deposit and they stole it from me because I rented a place that was not a flat, it was a freezer and I couldn't even sleep due to the draft. The lock didn't close, the windows and doors had all the insulation damaged and there was a terrible draft. For the last two nights, I had to pay for a hotel because the cold was awful. Also, the sofa was worn out and when I sat down, the middle part sank. The bed was also worn out. I gave three months' deposit and they stole it from me because I had to leave that horrible hell in Santa Pola. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE BANDITS. To add, they work with a thief from a so-called AGRUPACION PROMOSOL. They should be called ROBOsol. The shameless owner, named Salvador, decided to steal my money after the real estate representative LOLI told me that if I broke the contract, they would only charge me for one month. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE BANDITS!!!

Negative experience: They stressed me out to leave the apartment exactly on that date. I did it, even 2 days before. Finally, after almost 3 weeks, I've only received part of my deposit. Although when I handed over the keys, everything was great. I paid the last water and electricity bills, and attached the payment receipts. They are still charging me for water and electricity. And until now, I have received no documents explaining why I had to pay everything twice. I do not recommend anyone to sign a contract with this company. It's just a disaster.

Negative experience: If you want to rent, avoid them and if you want to rent and maintain your tenants, too. They left me without air conditioning during July and August, it was not fixed 'due to lack of technicians' until I advised that I won't pay rent until it was fixed. Magically in a few days I had it fixed. It took them about two months to change the name of the electricity bill when I finished the rent of the house and they lied to me saying that they had already made the change, but I called the electric company and they told me that it had not been done and they assured me that with just one call the change would be changed immediately. When I reminded them of the change they got angry giving very unsound excuses.

Negative experience: A little more of the same as I've read in the rest of the reviews, they are only quick and efficient to collect the commission, after that, there is indifference and no solution to what you bring up. Out of three tenants, the guy only communicated with one for everything, even when the management was with me or when my personal data was needed, having of course my number and my messages. Furthermore, they have no empathy at all.

After the end of a rental contract, they said that if everything was fine, the deposit would be returned in a maximum of 7 days (signed on a paper). More than 7 days passed obviously with no payment, we had to call 3 times for them to explain it to us, they did not care. A few days later, a message saying 'We have to take 22 euros from each of your deposits because the house was very dirty.' There were 4 people living there. A lack of communication, and the house was not well maintained either. By the way, it has been more than a month since we left the house, and they still haven't returned anything; they only pretend to be concerned and attentive, and then they stall you.

Negative experience: Alquilan pisos sin seguro de vivienda, en mi caso en avenida de la universidad, a la de abajo se le caía el techo por las humedades, la casera se desentendía y la inmobiliaria también, todo molestias.

Negative experience: Una vez firmado el contrato se desentienden de todo, no se hacen responsables de cualquier problema que puedas tener. Además, al finalizar el contrato buscan cualquier excusa para no devolver la fianza depositada.

Negative experience: Cuando alquilé un piso a través de esta inmobiliaria, nos contaron que los anteriores inquilinos habían perdido la fianza porque habían roto una puerta y la habían tenido que cambiar. El piso era viejo y todas las puertas estaban super desgastadas e incluso no cerraban bien. Una tenía un agujero pero no le di importancia. Bien pues, cuando se acabó el contrato, la casera no quiso devolverme la fianza acusándome a mí de haber roto la puerta. Básicamente, se estaba renovando el piso con las fianzas de los inquilinos. La inmobiliaria no hizo nada al respecto, y ni si quiera comprobó que el estado del piso era correcto cuando nos fuimos de allí. Mi consejo: 1) Que JAMÁS contrateis nada a través de esta inmobiliaria. 2)Que hagais FOTOS a todo cuando entreis a un piso alquilado, para que no os puedan achacar los desperfectos que ya estaban, como me pasó a mí. 3)EXIGIR siempre una copia del contrato y tenerla a mano en todo momento. 4) SABER que vuestra casera o casero debe depositar la fianza a la Generalitat Valenciana, de lo contrario, podeis denunciarles.

A demás continuamos manteniendo una relación estupenda, siempre dispuestos a resolver nuestras consultas. Negative experience: Acabe muy distado con el trato que te dan la inmobiliaria , te dice una cosas y luego lo que hace es la lavarse las manos . Para coger la comisión si están rápidos y exigentes pero cuando les pides ayuda les da igual , de echo como tengas un problema te dicen que si y tienes razón y luego de dejan a ti por mentirosos como que no tienes la razón .Te ven que eres estudiante y se piensan que somos tontos . No recomiendo a nadie la inmobiliaria porque te van a intentar engañar .

Negative experience: Una vez cobran se olvidan de todo. No lo recomiendo, además de ser carísima no sirve para nada porque no te resuelven ningún problema, menos mal que teníamos el número de la casera y nos ayudó con los problemas del piso. En fin muy mala experiencia.

Negative experience: Venden una casa en Peñaguila en la que ocurrió un terrible suceso pero no te lo dicen y te mienten y mucho todo el tiempo.

Negative experience: Nos sentimos muy engañados por los servicios de esta inmobiliaria y queremos denunciarlo públicamente y por vía judicial. Firmamos un contrato de arras por 6000 euros, pero nos omitieron la información de un suceso traumático y trágico que ocurrió en esa casa de campo en Peña Las Águilas en el 2012, que de haberlo sabido no hubiéramos firmado. Dicha información la averiguamos por terceros una semana antes de la compra-venta (con la tasación pagada, 500E) y pudimos evitar comprar una casa con una historia terrible, que probablemente la mayoría de gente le hubiera gustado saber y así poder valorar pros y contras. Ahora se niegan a devolvernos las arras, ni siquiera quieren negociar. Actualmente este caso está siendo demandado.
