Negative experience: Some damn thieves, they take 2000€ as a deposit and then don't refund it.
Fantastic experience: We moved through Tu Casa in Elche and I am very happy. The service has been excellent; the owner came to solve small problems, like adjusting faucets, on the same afternoon. Although it is not his responsibility, you can tell he enjoys doing his job. Very satisfied with the experience!

Negative experience: Not recommended people. Once they have managed the property, they don't take responsibility for anything and leave you with any problems that arise with the property. Additionally, the owner is rude and arrogant. When I went to make a complaint, he tried to kick me out of his real estate office in a bad manner. Very bad experience, I do not recommend it.
We are very sorry for your discomfort, but when things are not done properly, they end badly, and on your part, things were never done well, with tardiness in monthly payments for rent, electricity, and water. When we took possession of the house again, some belongings were missing and we had to throw away some appliances because they were full of dirt.
