Negative experience: There are ads that are not what they advertise, they post an apartment for rent and then it turns out that the price listed is per room.
Hello Oscar! From Grupo Horizonte, we assure you that creating confusion by floor or room only generates more work and confusion for both parties, which leads to nothing. However, our software, when published on many real estate portals, can have errors that we are addressing on our part, such as this one you mentioned (or failures in areas of towns to cite other possible errors..). On the other hand, we reiterate, these are resolved errors and beyond our control, so we only ask for understanding. Thank you.
Negative experience: Bad professionals. For the purchase of a house, they assured me that the utilities were in order, and it turned out to be false; I encountered significant anomalies in both the electricity and gas supplies. Additionally, they did not manage the change of ownership for the supplies as is customary, unilaterally deciding to cancel them, which incurs the unnecessary cost of reactivating them, something totally needless in practice. The real estate agency's response has been to deny any responsibility, provide absurd excuses, and say it is the sellers' fault. I do not recommend them.

Negative experience: They show you really nice apartments in the photos, and when you go to see them, the reality has nothing to do with the pictures. Furthermore, once they deny your rent guarantee, there is a blonde woman who talks to you very arrogantly, making it clear that you are no longer of interest to her. I do not recommend them.

The specific house you are talking about had visits on the same day it was vacated by the previous tenant since you preferred to see it soon in case it was reserved, and you accepted its condition since you reserved it under the condition of the rent default insurance filter (requested by the owner as essential like most and refundable in case it was not viable). Once the insurance company gave a negative response (due to a previous issue of yours that was insurmountable), you were asked about the possibility of a guarantor to stay in the house... which was impossible, so we proceeded to refund your reservation. We do not understand your review since we only tried to do our job in the most professional way possible and looking for alternatives to possible problems; our work has been very correct. The girl who assisted us immediately offered to take us to visit it since it was close to the office and explained all the renovation options and excellent possibilities for renting very well. Negative experience: Bueno, me decido a llamar a esta agencia y resulta que cuando llamo descuelgan y cuelgan... bravo por ellos. Directamente ni te atienden... Cuando se deciden a atenderte te das cuenta de que los pisos que tienen publicados tanto en la página como en Web son falsos o están alquilados hace mucho tiempo. Recomiendo que si veis anuncios de Grupo Horizonte no hagáis ni caso porque solo vais a conseguir perder el tiempo. Profesionalidad cero.
