2 years ago Fantastic experience: I'm speechless: they sold my house in less than 24 hours. I had my apartment listed with another real estate agency for over a month and not a single visit... By chance, I was recommended to the fantastic Eva, and it was the best advice I could have received: she came one morning, took amazing photos, and that very afternoon the visits started, both from responses to the advertisement (professionally and exquisitely crafted) and from her own client schedule. This last point is important whether you are offering or searching for a house because they manage a very detailed list of potential buyers: they knew of a person interested in an apartment with characteristics similar to mine, contacted them, and after two visits it was marked. All in less than 24 hours. Besides this speed, I must highlight their professionalism in examining the apartment and requesting information to ensure they were offering a good property to the buyer (other agencies seem to care only about the seller, and I appreciated this detail). Of course, they also score a 10 in the administrative aspect (drafting the contract, documentation requested from both parties...). They handled everything exquisitely professionally, and now I just have the appointment with the notary, which I have no doubt will be within the timeframe they gave me and without surprises. The whole team is fantastic, especially Romina and, above all, Eva, for whom I feel infinite gratitude. If I had to buy or sell again in Elche, I would trust them without hesitation. Thank you!
