After seeing it with all the excitement and having a meeting with her, she rents the apartment to someone else and then says that she needed a guarantor once it was rented, making up another excuse. A liar, I do not recommend her at all.

Negative experience: I am very angry. On Monday, I called the real estate agency to inquire about an apartment I liked and to see if it was still available. They told me yes and asked if we had a salary statement. I mentioned that my partner had been working for 4 or 5 years and I had been working for one month. I told them what I earned, and they said that with my partner's salary, we would qualify... We discussed meeting on Tuesday afternoon to see the apartment. When we went to see it, we liked it... We submitted the contracts and the ID. What happened was that they told me that they would first go through the insurance and then to the one renting the apartment. On Wednesday, they contacted me saying that my insurance was rejected due to the salary statement and that it was given to someone else. They then asked if I had a guarantor. I asked why they needed it since I wouldn't be able to get that apartment. Because they said that if I had a guarantor for other apartments, it wouldn't be for the one we liked. I told them I didn't have one. At around 14:00, I texted to ask if I had a guarantor if we could live in the apartment we liked, but the girl said it was already occupied this morning and that if I had said I had a guarantor, I could have stayed... They are very deceitful; both things are lies that they have tricked me with..... Then they tell me they were very busy and made a mistake, when it's a lie; it was said by them in the audio.... If you get a girl named Esther, you will waste your time and your hope; look for someone else to help you and advise you better than the girl we got!!!

Negative experience: Cuento mi experiencia personal. Estoy bastante decepcionado y dolido con esta inmobiliaria, ya que te hacen abonar la cantidad de 1000€ para "teóricamente" tener prioridad en la compra de un inmueble, te das cuenta que durante todo el proceso de negociación el anuncio de la vivienda que te interesa y que vas a comprar sigue estando publicado por páginas como idealista etc... Cosa que hace que más gente pueda interesarse y aunque finalmente accedas a pagar íntegramente el importe, resulta que otra persona se te adelanta porque va directamente a hablar con los propietarios y les ofrece mejores condiciones de las que en principio estaban estipuladas, sin darte tiempo a reaccionar y perdiendo la vivienda, llegado a este punto me he sentido desamparado por inmobiliaria Castillo ya que aunque he igualado la oferta del otro comprador incluso la he mejorado en 1000€ (aunque según ellos el otro comprador lo pagaba todo al contado), aún así no he recibido respuesta por parte de ellos. De ahora en adelante creo que va a ser mejor ir directamente a buscar a los propietarios de las viviendas antes que pasar por una inmobiliaria.
