Negative experience: Before trying to contact this 'real estate agency', you should read the comments carefully, something I did not do. They have several ads on various property search pages at quite affordable prices, especially chalets and townhouses... Although they have two landlines to contact them, it is impossible; they never pick up the calls and their mailbox is full. On their page, there is a mobile number to contact them if you search well, but after seriously speaking with them, they tell you it's a mistake and that they are deleting the ads. I don't know what they gain with those fake ads other than wasting people's time.

They act like they're better than you, they talk to you like you're trash, and on top of that, they hang up the phone because they don't even know what excuse to make to ensure you ignore their TRICKY ADS and only go for the most expensive.

Negative experience: No contestan al teléfono, vas allí y la mayoría de pisos que hay en los anuncios no están disponibles,, es perder el tiempo

Negative experience: Atendidos por Carlos. Si eres inquilino CUIDADO! Alquilamos una casa con ellos, el propietario NO nos devolvió el mes de fianza porque no le dio la gana, cuando todo estaba en perfecto estado, y la inmobiliaria no hizo nada por ayudarnos. Defendió a su cliente que es el dueño de la casa... nos sentimos muy decepcionados e indefensos. ¿A quién acudimos ahora?

Negative experience: Ponen pisos que no tienen disponibles como anzuelo, y cuando llamas NUNCA contestan.

Negative experience: Malísimo. Según internet tienen mil propiedades. Vas y te dicen que las tienen todas alquiladas como si fuera un procedimiento normal. Una pérdida de tiempo y de inmobiliaria sólo tienen la imagen.

Negative experience: De todas todas la peor con diferencia, anuncios falsos, no te llaman, no cogen el teléfono, ocupan casi todos los anuncios y hacen perder el tiempo a la gente, si quieres quedarte sin casa, llamales, de todas formas tampoco lo van a coger, inútiles nivel máximo

Negative experience: Falta de profesionalidad increíble, llamas por un piso, te dicen que te llamará su agente en cuestión de horas, y pasa un día entero, después quedas con ellos para ver una casa y una hora antes de la cita te dicen que ya está alquilado, después de 4 días esperando para verlo, un desastre de inmobiliaria, no la recomiendo.

Negative experience: Venga a llamar y no cogen el teléfono. Dia tras dia, ESTAFADORES, ocupan gran parte de los anuncios de Internet y no tienen NADA, seguro. Un timo.

Negative experience: Aparte de no tener casi ningún piso (ninguno) de los que ponen en la página que tienen ,tampoco tienen la poca vergüenza de llamarte cuando te interesas , es claramente una falta de respeto a las personas que buscamos pisos de alquiler y muy poco responsable por su parte , nose qué tipo de organización tienen en esta empresa pero desde luego buena no es Una vergüenza

Negative experience: Llevo llamando varios dias dejando mensaje tambien y no tienen ni la decencia de devolberte la llamada vaya una verguenza de inmobiliaria. Si no quereis alquilar o no teneis pisos cerrar el chiringuito.

Negative experience: Tras llamar varias semanas sin obtener JAMÁS una respuesta, leyendo las reseñas, veo que un trabajador, con malas formas, dice a un usuario que sino contestan el teléfono es tan fácil como acudir directamente a la oficina. Bien, tras consultar el horario en Internet y ver que se encuentra abierto, me persono en dicha agencia. Siguiendo la línea, me encuentro con el cierre echado y ningún cartel informativo de si están de vacaciones, en horario de verano o sabe Dios qué pasa. Bien, debido a que tienen gran parte de los pisos de Elche, escribo esta reseña, ya que parece ser la ÚNICA forma de que INMOCASA responda a mis plegarias. PD: abstenerse de contestar improperios y si se ha cambiado de dirección o contacto, pues no estaría de más actualizarlo en la WEB. "Gracias"

Fantastic experience: Buscaba piso para alquilar, pasé por la oficina y me atendieron estupendamente, en ese momento no tenían el tipo de vivienda que yo buscaba, pero a los pocos días me llamaron para decirme que habían encontrado el tipo de piso que yo buscaba, y así fue, pasé por la oficina y lo alquile sin ningún problema y con un trato excelente, quede muy contenta con el servicio que me prestaron, les doy 5 estrellas

Fantastic experience: Inmejorable yo era propietario de una vivienda llamé a Inmocasa fueron a la vivienda y hicieron fotos hablaron conmigo le dije el precio de venta de la vivienda pusieron un cartel de venta a las 3 horas volvieron con el primer cliente hacer una visita y en cuestión de menos de 24 horas me dieron la buena noticia que habían vendido la vivienda por el precio que yo tenía de salida. Gente muy seria y responsable estoy muy contento con ellos me dieron seguridad y claridad durante todo el proceso de la venta.

Negative experience: La atención al cliente malisima, a gritos con los clientes y faltándoles al respeto. Los anuncios en las webs son todo mentira; llamas para preguntar y todas estan alquiladas. Como no tienen casas tienen que poner anuncios falsos no sé con que fin pero solo hacen perder tiempo a los demás. Más de 30 anuncios de casas que me interesan y ninguna esta disponible? Que clase de negocio escondeis??
