Negative experience: Very bad experience with this real estate agency. As a buyer, I was required, and in a very rude manner, to make the transfer of 10% of the property's value without having signed the reservation contract. It felt like a scam; of course, I made the transfer only after signing, having to advance the signing to when the seller wanted. On the signing day at the notary, the seller informed me that they would not hand over the keys, as they needed to keep them for longer. It had to be my bank that requested a signed document from the real estate agency by the sellers that stated the key delivery date and some courtesy keys until that moment. They also do not take care of the change of ownership for utilities like other real estate agencies. Very little seriousness. It felt like a scam from start to finish.

Negative experience: No suelo hacer reseñas por que al final y al cabo les van a dar igual pero voy a escribir lo que me a sucedido por que resulta que llevo llamando desde las 2 por un piso que habían subido de alquiler miro el horario y a las 5 volvían abrir llevo llamando desde las 5 menos 10 por si abrían antes por algún casual y nada no me lo cogen no me devuelven la llamada les vuelvo a llamar a las 5:30 de la tarde me lo coge le pregunto por el piso y resulta que había llamando un señor hacia 5 minutos y que lo quería alquilar el le digo que le llevo llamando desde las 2 y luego a las 5 para alquilarlo el primero y me dice que ella no ha oido nada que nadie a llamado antes.

Negative experience: Espero que los pocos buenos comentarios que tiene esta inmobiliaria sean de amiguetes del dueño para intentar levantar su pésima puntuación, porque no me puedo creer que sean reales y objetivos. El trato ha sido nefasto desde el minuto uno, tanto el personal como el profesional y la sensación que he tenido en todo momento es la de estar siendo estafado. Si os apetece tratar con una persona inepta como es el dueño de este local y tener algún que otro dolor de cabeza, Kampus es vuestra inmobiliaria.
