Since yesterday, we have been responding to the avalanche of calls we received about this property in the order they came in, communicating that the property is already sold. Solemos ofrecer un paquete de fotos en publicaciones las suficientes para no cansar en cliente, ya que seleccionamos las mejores de cada dependencia, que tengas un buen día.
Positive experience: A la hora de vender maravilloso, pero a la hora de los trámites es cuando defraudan, espero que mejoren en ese aspecto ya que cuando reservas un piso te dicen que tú solo tienes que pedir el préstamo en tu banco y ellos se encargan de los demás, pero luego no es así.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend. We wanted to purchase an apartment, tried to negotiate, then we offered the requested price to the sellers, unfortunately the apartment was not sold to us. All of this took 2 weeks and nothing was explained to us, therefore there was no agreement. We think that the real estate works regrettably- the apartment was not sold to us for the given price, although the mentioned house is still being advertised on the website. It is just a waste of time. I replicate to Arista inmobiliaria answer 03.10. You completely damaged your reputation by lying because we have the correspondence with your colleague Victor in which we are concerned that we will not receive any response or explanation for the canceled transaction after OFFERING THE PRICE REQUESTED BY THE SELLER. In addition, such unprofessionalism could lead to legal action against you and your client-seller, and instead of apologizing, you are trying to avoid this problem and are dodging. Therefore, I stress again to be careful with this agency.
Lamentamos que esta sea su sensación, aun que creo que se equivocan de agencia ya que ustedes estuvieron negociando con una agencia de arenales, y no con nosotros. Si no le informaron diríjase a ellos. Esta agencia nos oferto en nombre de ustedes un precio muy a la baja del precio inicial. Por lo que el propietario no se sentía cómodo con su oferta, esta es la libertad de la oferta y la demanda, los propietarios no tienen por que aceptar cualquier oferta.
