I have had the luck of meeting two members of their team, Yania and Jonathan, and they are excellent professionals, approachable, empathetic, and provide a completely personalized service, which is very hard to find nowadays. I give them 5 stars but they deserve 10!!! I hope this comment can help other users who haven't had the luck of contacting them yet and who think that there are no real professionals left in real estate.

Negative experience: Mucho cuidado!! Mi padre ( que es un hombre mayor ) les dejo la llave de su fábrica/nave, para ver si se alquilaba. A los 2 años nos enteramos de que la nave ha sido alquilada por inmobiliaria Meroño, sin que mi padre lo supiera. Lo peor es que a la hora de pedirle responsabilidades o explicaciones no nos falicitan nada. Hemos perdido más de 24 MIL EUROS

Negative experience: ¡Una decepción! Tras iniciar un proceso de compra-venta con ellos, pactado el precio y con un borrador de arras, cancelaron todo. Si no quieres perder tiempo y dinero no trabajes con ellos, muy poco serios y completamente prescindibles con la oferta inmobiliaria de la ciudad.

Negative experience: La persona que nos ha atendido por teléfono ha sido un maleducado, se ha pasado mucho por WhatsApp y luego ha borrado los mensajes como si fuéramos tontos... ¿Qué tipo de personas trabajan ahí? Si no les gusta su trabajo que se vayan al paro, pero que no paguen su frustración con los demás, y menos faltar al respeto cuando hemos sido muy correctos con él.
