Hola David, Como profesionales por supuesto no nos resulta agradable cualquier tipo de crítica por el trabajo realizado. En este caso en concreto se da la circunstancia que la nave parece ser era o es de propiedad familiar e intervienen varios propietarios. No solemos entrar en cuestiones familiares. Quizás es ahí donde tenga que dirigirse y pedir explicaciones. Pero claro, como siempre es más fácil criticar al mensajero.

Buenas tardes. A esta opinion tenemos que reconocer la decepción de la persona, al igual que la nuestra. Ya le pedimos las oportunas disculpas. Debe de reconocer también que nosotros dedicamos nuestro esfuerzo y tiempo que luego resultó en vano. En éste caso concreto, la propiedad era de varios herederos que después de hecho el trabajo cambiaron de opinión sobre la venta, dejándonos a los demás en saco roto las negociaciones. Entendemos el enfado, pero piensen también en lo mal que nos vino tambien a nosotros esa decisión. No obstante el que los vendedores o compradores cambien de opinión una vez avanzadas las negociaciones no es ninguna novedad en el mercado inmobiliario. No obstante, reiteramos nuestras disculpas porque entendemos la decepción, dado que a nosotros nos pasó igual.
