I assure you that we do not keep anyone’s money, as if you signal a property in this office and the owner accepts, the money is handed over, and if they do not accept, it is returned to the client, as reflected in the documents. Therefore, I have no record of what you are talking about, as all the operations we have had in the last 2 years have been signed at a notary, and for those that are pending and accepted, the deposit money is received by the property owner, and for those not accepted due to price or conditions, the money has been returned to the person.

Negative experience: I went to see a flat to buy and I made an offer to the owner through Noelia. The next day because I didnt recieve a call, I rang her. She told me that she has already now sold the house. When writing to her to say it was not very professional to not contact with me, she told me there was a better client. I asked why she did not inform me and she said that she forgot to contact me. I am not from Spain and am a foreigner but I am still a client and I would like to be treated as a client.
Hola Kate, lamento que no pudiéramos entendernos, cierto que pasaste una oferta verbal muy muy a la baja, seguías viendo pisos, incluso el día que se reservo y aparecieron unos compradores que vinieron con el dinero para reservar y en precio.Cierto que no te llamé para decirte que salía de visitar la vivienda y se iba a reservar, pero comprende que no puedo decirle a alguien que viene a comprar en precio y a reservar en ese momento que no puede comprar puesto que hay gente que lo ha visto y ha pasado una oferta a la baja y siguen viendo en la zona casas y antes tengo que llamarlos.Si tu estuvieras en el lado contrario te gustaría vender al precio y no por menos o si fueras la persona que viene con el dinero, no te gustaría que te dijeran que no, que antes tenemos que avisar a todos los que han visitado por si quieren reservar antes que tú.No te dije que era un cliente mejor, simplemente son unas personas que consideraron que el piso valía lo que se pedía y lo reservaron a su precio.Lamento el mal entendido y espero que tengas suerte en la búsqueda de casa.

Negative experience: Una gestión pésima. Les llamé para visitar una casa que estaba en venta, me dijeron que me llamarían para concretar una visita y una semana después no habían contactado conmigo. Cuando los volví a llamar una semana después, la casa que quería ya estaba apalabrada...y ni siquiera tuvieron la educación de contactar conmigo para decírmelo. Maaaaaaal.
