Positive experience: I have called this real estate agency twice already to inquire about apartments for sale in Elche, and on both occasions they told me they would call me back, but they haven't. On the last occasion, they said they would send me the link to another property with similar features via WhatsApp, and they haven't sent that either. My partner calls, and they are calling back the next day with an appointment to see the apartment. This makes me think that they are discriminating against me because of my accent. Not very professional.

I expected a friendly treatment, which is what I experienced with the others, but I must say that I encountered something unexpected, and that was, in this specific case, with Pili who was my agent, she managed, got involved, and did not hesitate to dedicate her time to me even on non-working days to achieve the goal as soon as possible. With that effort and dedication, she accomplished it in record time!!! The same happened when I needed to buy my house. The criteria she had in showing me only apartments that fit my needs is exquisite, and I want to add that her involvement is equally remarkable. I also want to mention Ana Martinez for all the administrative management and follow-up she did, taking me by the hand in all the necessary processes always by my side. There is little more to add.
