Negative experience: The good: Ana, the office girl, very attentive and professional. The bad: Miguel Ángel, the salesman. He deceived me with the prices. We initially agreed to sell my duplex for €153,500. Two clients went to see it and he tells me they are offering €150,000 for it. I mention that what I still owe on the mortgage is €142,000 AS AN INFORMATIONAL DATA, and that if he can make it work by reducing his commission, I'm also willing to lower it a bit. Right after that, he sends me a message saying that the duplex has been sold for €150,000, €142,000 FOR ME AND €8,000 FOR HIM, AND HE TURNS OFF HIS PHONE FOR A WEEK. WHAT'S THE POINT OF AGREEING ON A SALE PRICE THEN? YOU GIVE THE CLIENT A DISCOUNT OF €3,500 AND MAKE ME PAY THE REST OF THE TRANSACTION MYSELF?? When I finally manage to contact him, he tells me that if that's not the case we can cancel the deal. I, due to personal circumstances (after my father, who was the guarantor of my mortgage, passed away, my brothers became my guarantors and this was an unfair burden for them), felt compelled to agree to that deal rather than lose it. In short, be careful with them. I don’t know if they will respond to this review, but whatever they say, they deserve little credit.

I don’t understand why I have to provide official documentation before seeing the property. Normally, it would make sense to request documentation for the viability of the rental once you have visited the property... How am I supposed to provide banking and personal information without knowing if a contract will be signed afterwards? Not recommendable. DISAPPOINTING.
