Negative experience: We are realizing that in Seville we have only encountered owners who only think about making money at the expense of the workers. That is to say, they do nothing but put obstacles in your way to rent a property. Because we are renting in Córdoba and they haven't put any obstacles to renting as long as we pay them. And a 60 m² apartment for €500 in the historic center of Córdoba.
Negative experience: Beware of these if you want to buy, sell or rent; you call and call and leave messages on real estate websites or on the answering machine and they text you on WhatsApp to call back, that they are on vacation. It seems they are having a hard time in the business and don’t have enough balance to return your calls or lack manners towards the potential buyer and do not move the property that their client entrusted them with. I was interested in a house they are selling with dampness in Carabaña, Santa Bárbara street, but they never provide information - now I understand why it hasn’t sold for months or maybe there’s some shady issue. They text you on WhatsApp without you authorizing them late at night, that’s not professional at all, and they say to call back and when you get angry after sending so many messages in different places and they don’t call you back and you ask them what’s going on, a rude and intimidating girl calls you back and even changes your name. I had to send her to hell. Be careful, imagine if there’s any paperwork issue or deposit and they don’t call, they would leave you hanging. They are informal and think highly of themselves. I imagine they will respond to this review by denying it or making up stories just as they behaved. Terrible at customer service. And I prohibit them from writing or calling me or I will report them for harassment and violating data protection. Incredible, how important these sellers think they are, it’s business, not favors or gifts they are giving me, I’m going to pay money for a property, they are not giving it to me, it’s business, or maybe I’m judging them wrong and they don’t have money to return calls. And no, they never gave any information about the property or even tried to offer me a verbal appointment. I don’t know if they are even a licensed real estate agency. They seem clueless writing nothing but to call back to schedule, and if they call, it’s the gypsy from the village market. The world would be a better place without this company, hahaha. Respond and make up stories, as I can provide proof and audios and publish them.

Negative experience: This real estate agency deceives people by making contracts through WhatsApp, accepting the rental conditions of the apartments, and then raises the prices. They don't answer the phone because they don't want to face what they have done. I have all the conversation about the rental of the apartment saved in my WhatsApp.
En primer lugar informarle que el día 26 de Julio es la festividad de Santa Ana, patrona de Dos Hermanas, por lo que nuestras oficinas permanecieron cerradas, y por eso los teléfonos no estaban operativos. Segundo, que la Inmobiliaria es una empresa que presta servicios de intermediación ofreciéndoles todo tipo de inmuebles tanto para alquiler y compra, enseñándoles un amplio catálogo para su elección, y para ello, lo primero sería realizar una visita presencial tanto a la Inmobiliaria como a la vivienda elegida, con la idea de conocer tanto la ubicación, como el estado del inmueble, y que el propietario como el inquilino, concreten el contrato de arrendamiento. Una vez realizada la visita esta Inmobiliaria realiza el contrato con los detalles que el propietario y el inquilino hayan pactado, siendo por lo tanto el propietario, el que decide la renta, como a los inquilinos, solicitando documentos para conocer la solvencia de los mismos. Esta entidad puede aconsejar pero nunca puede imponer ni decidir por los propietarios. Tercero, si Vdes. están interesados en la ubicación de un inmueble, lo primero que debe de realizar es concretar una cita con esta Inmobiliaria, para poderle enseñar los inmuebles disponibles, con el fin de poder visitarlo y conocer el estado de los mismos, para que sea a su gusto, informando al propietario para que esté al corriente de todo para terminar con una cita con ambas partes y así concretar los aspectos del contrato. Por lo tanto, está Inmobiliaria no es responsable de un cambio de decisión de un propietario, cuando en su caso, nunca han tenido una primera visita a esta entidad, ni al inmueble elegido, como tampoco con el propietario, sin embargo lo que sí es posible buscarle un inmueble en la ubicación deseada, con el fin de poder realizar una visita con Vdes y que conozcan el estado del mismo, y para que posteriormente se pueda firmar un contrato. Cuarto, Inmobiliaria Peral, tiene muchos años de experiencia en el Sector, pudiendo encontrarle una vivienda que sea de su gusto, atendiendo a todos nuestros clientes encontrandole soluciones, pero eso sí, como es lógico, en los horarios disponibles. Sin otro particular, se le solicita que pidan una cita presencial, con la idea de poder buscarle una vivienda para concretarle una visita para que conozcan el estado del mismo, con el fin que sea de su agrado.
