Negative experience: We recently bought a house through them, and they lied to us about everything regarding the property, which we were able to verify once we moved in: real estate issues, quality of materials, damages... they even broke the earnest money contract and created another one with a higher amount than agreed for their own benefit, which they forced us to sign due to the limited time we had to meet the conditions imposed by them, taking advantage of our good faith. Additionally, they proposed that we pay an amount of dubious legality to recover the initial deposit, which of course, we did not agree to. Thanks to a private manager, we were able to complete the purchase by paying more money than originally agreed. In short, be very careful with this real estate agency and their deceptive persuasion methods; you could even face legal problems.

Negative experience: The LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM of this company is terrible. They not only do not specify whether the properties they have for sale on Idealista are V.P.O., but instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake to avoid deceiving, confusing, or wasting the time of potential buyers, they insist that they mentioned it over the phone when you asked if you had any property, as if that were the only requirement to buy a property of these characteristics, which is very concerning, because it shows that all they care about is selling at all costs (of course, the specific conditions from the Junta for you to later sell the property —once you have acquired it— in case you want to do so, you have to deal with, not them). The treatment over WhatsApp with Saray has been disastrous, due to her lack of professionalism and respect. The only thing she was interested in was closing the appointment. 'You have nothing else to discuss with me,' she told me, after trying to make her see that the ad is not properly placed and that I was worried about the exact neighborhood to which the property belonged. Instead of apologizing, calling by phone to talk, trying to dialogue and/or explaining things as best as possible, her attitude has been arrogant and haughty. What I said: A TRUE SHAME.

Negative experience: Muy poco formales y éticos, ni si quiera se presentan en donde te dicen y tampoco te avisan de que no van a estar aún sabiendo que han quedado contigo,tampoco te dicen el lugar concreto del piso y te hacen ir a su inmobiliaria, después de haber hecho los kilómetros y desplazarnos no tienen la educación de avisarnos,cero estrellas
