Mi experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Rápidamente entiende el tipo de inmueble que quieres, no te hace perder el tiempo en visitas inútiles y te ayuda y asesora en todas las dudas y consultas. El trato es muy ameno y a la vez muy profesional. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Negative experience: Be careful with what you sign. Not everything is acceptable. I recently bought an apartment with them and it didn't go as I expected. They promise many things (personalized service, support at all times, etc.) but they do nothing. They only want to charge for showing the apartment. In our case, the signing was delayed for more than three months (so we bore all the corresponding notary expenses), they didn't show up for the key handover, and they were aware of hidden defects caused by the previous owner (they took the air conditioning units and the water heater, leaving us without hot water) and didn't inform us, even disappearing. Lack of professionalism. My advice is not to buy with them, but if you have no other choice, read everything carefully and have it in writing and clear. Don't trust their word.

Accompanying you and calming you in your discomfort while you cried in my office because your husband had lost his job and they were not going to renew your mortgage agreement... is not accompanying. Convincing your seller to sign BECAUSE YOU NEEDED TO SIGN THE PURCHASE BECAUSE YOUR MORTGAGE WAS EXPIRING, even when he didn't have his mortgage approved for the purchase he was going to make when what he intended after everything that happened was to return your deposit doubled and you wouldn't have been able to buy either this property or another one because with your new job situation you weren't given a mortgage, is not accompanying. The agreements between individuals were YOURS AND YOUR SELLER'S, in which you freely agreed on two months until the handover of keys. After signing in the notary, you decided not to pay the agreed amounts, claiming that you had given a notice and until you had the keys you wouldn't pay the remaining 50%, YOUR UNILATERAL DECISION, which even though I didn’t agree, I patiently waited for you to keep your word. I was present at the key handover, at the SRF LAW OFFICE, on February 14th at 8 PM, the place and time you summoned me for the handover of the keys; IT WAS YOU WHO DID NOT SHOW UP. Hidden defects? I don't have X-rays in my glasses and I don't know what is behind the wall, which, as your lawyer indicated, is an expert who has to check it. After you refused to pay the remaining 50%, I had to resort to the services of a law firm so that you would pay the amount owed, it’s just that I have the bad habit of charging for my work. I regret that all of this is not considered accompanying for you, greetings and may you be as happy as possible in your home.
Negative experience: Very unhappy, that's how I feel after buying my house with this real estate agency. - They did not provide a good mediation service between seller and buyer, as they were constantly on the seller's side, causing us moral and economic damages unnecessarily if they had mediated fairly for both parties. - They did not provide us with 'post-sale' services (changing supplies, etc.). - They did not accompany us to the house to see that it was in the conditions agreed upon in the contract... because they knew that the former owner would not leave it like that and stayed away. - Contracts were signed with a lack of clarity in all aspects, an abuse. However, to charge the totality of their fees without considering our satisfaction, they will do anything. A lack of empathy and morality wherever they go.

Positive experience: Desde el momento que me puse en contacto con Ecoman Inmobiliaria para interesarme por una vivienda estuvieron a mi lado hasta el último dia. Solo puedo tener buenas palabras para esta empresa, y en especial a Juanlu. Una gran persona. Ha sido una gestión larga por culpa de unos problemas personales pero eso no afectó a la compra.
