Negative experience: Cuidado con esta inmobilaria que estafan tanto a los vendedores como a compradores, te dicen unos precios y cuando ya esta todo listo para la firma son otros, con excusas como que no habian sumado el iva; al enseñar la casa te mienten descaradamente segun les convenga. Y de dueño mejor no hablar, palabra 0. Aunque habiamos firmado a traves de la inmobiliaria tanto vendedor como comprador nos tuvimos que poner de acuerdo y hacer gestiones por nuestra cuenta porque si es por anabril la venta no salia adelante. Os recomiendo coger cualquier inmobiliaria o vender por vuestra cuenta antes de soltar dinero aqui; solo hay que ver la nota media que tienen.

Fantastic experience: We have bought our first home with them and we couldn't be happier. They have advised us on everything, even after the purchase they have been there. I am glad to have counted on them, really.

Negative experience: Scammers, they charge you a 4% real estate fee for selling you a plot that doesn’t even need to be shown to you, (you can see it from outside). It’s incredible the abuse that real estate agents inflict. Please, stop selling properties with these shameless people, let’s sell between individuals and stop making them rich in exchange for nothing.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of shameless people. If you let your guard down a bit, they will deceive you. If you are going to buy something, make sure of what you are buying before you get the surprise. They might sell you a house with 80 square meters and then it turns out to be 50, with illegal works that are not documented. The attitude of the staff working at this real estate agency is the most despicable and dishonest I have ever seen in my life, people who are not straightforward and who lead with lies.

Negative experience: Once you pay the deposit, things change a lot. They ask you for more money, they call you yelling, insulting you, and extorting you!!! I am in the process of reporting them... I won't say more!!!

Negative experience: Venderán mucho, pero no son nada claros.van con tapujos, poniendo las comisiones que les da la gana, un engaño. Además de que el comercial, no sabe ni leer. Vergüenza ajena al escuchar cómo leía un contrato.

Negative experience: Efectivamente. Las comisiones que cobran no están nada claras y se paga una cantidad excesiva
