Fantastic experience: This is the third time I have dealt with this real estate agency (one sale and two purchases) and the service has always been exquisite. I highly recommend the service provided by María.

Negative experience: I was interested in a house and the man who attended to me sold it to me in the worst possible way. I tried to schedule an appointment to see it, and then on the same day of the visit, he tells me that 'the owner can't'. We reschedule an appointment, and without even seeing it, he tells me that the house has already been pointed out. The curious thing is that the house is still for sale with other agencies. I don't quite understand the reason why he wouldn't want to sell it to me.

Negative experience: They cancel the visit half an hour before it. When I try to arrange another visit, they hang up the call and block me. Possible scam.

Negative experience: Be very careful with this real estate agency as after collecting (in cash) they neglect everything and when you try to claim they don't help, they only know how to create obstacles and say uncertain things to defend their work. It is advisable to take photos and keep all conversations you have, as afterwards they deny everything that was discussed with them and forget everything. Their way of 'attacking' is justifying themselves by saying they are only intermediaries and that they can do nothing when you have a problem with the owners. I do not recommend renting with this company at all because at the beginning they offer all 'facilities' until they get the money as I mentioned before. Very bad experience, not advisable at all when there are other much more competent real estate agencies in this wonderful town.

Negative experience: This is undoubtedly the worst real estate agency we have in Dos Hermanas; they only know how to collect money and completely disregard any problems. The moment you pay them (under the table), they disappear and don’t want any kind of concerns, especially the famous and incredible MARÍA. The contract situation is very shabby and precarious. When it comes to leaving the property, they only know how to pressure you and forget about the damages that the home had, siding with the owner and washing their hands off. If you plan to rent any property with them, keep in mind that the moment you pay them the part they claim to charge for finding you the property, the agency will wash their hands of everything. IF BY CHANCE YOU'RE THINKING OF RENTING AT PLAZA ARAHAL 6, take photos of everything you see, even if it seems silly, because later when you return your deposit, the owners won’t remember the damages that the tenants mention and will come up with excuses about things that were broken or defective before you even entered the property, and MARÍA (inmosur) will disregard everything discussed with her. In short, a very bad experience with them; I do not recommend renting or buying from them.

We lost the opportunity, and on top of that, they claim that they are going to do a Bizum that is already reserved... At least they could have called and given us preference. Things are not done this way.

Negative experience: El peor servicio prestado a un cliente, entregan un piso en alquiler completamente sucio, escudándose en que es culpa del propietario . Solo se han preocupado de cobrar la comisión y alegan que todas las inmobiliarias de Dos Hermanas trabajan así. Se dedican solo a la tramitación y a cobrar. Su profesionalidad abunda por ausencia y cuando justifican su incompetencia con que el resto de los compañeros de profesión de Dos Hermanas trabajan igual, es decir, por la comisión sin preocuparse de la satisfacción de los clientes, opino que justifica mi critica

Negative experience: Una lástima. No se puede acordar en ver un piso y que la persona responsable te deje tirado. (Formalidad 0). Lástima que las personas particulares confíen su piso en los mismos para que luego den un servicio pésimo a las personas interesadas. Y sin preocuparse de avisar ni de llamar según te prometen. Vergonzoso.

Negative experience: No entiendo como son tan poco profesionales que están ofertando muchísimas viviendas pero cuando llamas realmente no tienen ninguna disponible. Publicidad engañosa o poco profesionalidad.

Negative experience: He tratado en dos ocasiones con esta Inmobiliaria y el trato ha sido nulo. Yo les recomendaría que si no tienen ningún interés en dedicarse a la gestión del alquiler de vivienda, que lo dejasen y que se dedicaran en exclusiva a lo que les interesa, la venta. Mi mujer llamó para visitar una vivienda que tenían publicada en una web para alquiler y la persona que la atendió le dijo que ese anuncio no era actual, al contestarle que porque no lo quitaban de la web de granmanzana.com, la respuesta fue que ellos no publicaban en esa página, que lo hacían en fotocasa o idealista. O sea que figuran en una web anuncios de INMOSUR y los contrata con perdón "el Espíritu Santo". A día de hoy siguen publicando anuncios de alquiler en dicha web y cómo quedaron en llamar a mi mujer si hubiera algo de interés y no lo hicieron, decidí rellenar el cuestionario de otro anuncio preguntando a INMOSUR si continuaba vigente y sí se podía visitar la vivienda. Contestación de INMOSUR: nada. Ni se molestaron en responder. ¿Para qué publican anuncios si luego no responden o no tienen ningún interés en actualizarlos o en proporcionar información a los interesados?

Fantastic experience: Trato directo y eficaz. En estos tiempos de máxima demanda de alquiler de un inmueble, un buen asesoramiento y ayuda para la búsqueda y obtención de una vivienda es de agradecer. Recomendar en mi caso el trato de Isaac: claro, sencillo y empático.

Negative experience: Hace unos meses tuve una muy mala experencia con esta empresa, y no le recomendaria a nadie este sitio no son claros hablando y si te pueden engañar lo hecen!! , no tienen escrupulos, ni profesionalidad en ninguno de los sentido... Tened cuidado si haceis algun tipos de compra o venta con estos señores y señorita... En mi vida me habia encontrado con gente tan mala como está.... Con tan poca verguenza, manipuladores y mentirosos donde los haya..... Para qe decir mas.. Mucho cuidado con ellos..

Negative experience: Llevo varios días llamando por teléfono a dos números distintos, el que anuncia aquí y otro más que está en muchos pisos que anuncian. No contesta nadie. No hay email ni teléfono móvil. No devuelven las llamadas, creo que se les deben escapar muchos clientes o han cerrado.

Positive experience: ayer me llegué a la oficina de Av. Andalucía y estaba cerrado. ¿Estais trabajando desde casa o se habéis trasladado o algo?

Negative experience: No saben mirar mas allá del dinero, cobrando una cantidad cuantiosa al comprador sin ponerlo en los anuncios. Les da igual la ilusión o lo que se mueva uno para comprar, en mi caso no me dejaron ni señalar la vivienda ya que pensarían que no me iban a dar una hipoteca. Tambien te dan la opcion de que pagues su comision sin iva.

Negative experience: Son unos impresentables. Trabajan al margen de la legalidad. No quieren declarar ante hacienda sus alquileres. Hacen lo posible para convencerte para que no declares el alquiler. Su postura es: "el 90% de inmuebles de Dos Hermanas no se declara...". No recomiendo para nada hacer ninguna gestión con ellos, guardad vuestro dinero. Poco profesionales y mala gestión.
