Negative experience: Very disappointed. We were very excited about a house that we were sure we wanted. We went to visit it with Esperanza, who was lovely and very professional. The surprise comes when just after leaving the house we wrote and called the colleague to finalize everything without getting a response from her, and therefore, without having a way to deliver the deposit to reserve it. Immediately after, she calls us to say that the visitors who entered after us had already given the deposit. She didn't give us any margin or opportunity, as I mentioned the contact was IMMEDIATE right after leaving the apartment, even before the other visitors entered to see it. We understand that as a company they will opt for the most beneficial option for them, but at least update us and do things properly and transparently.
