Negative experience: I do not recommend that you go to this real estate agency, they are very shameless. I had an apartment half agreed upon, and when another person offered and gave a deposit, they sold it to him. They are really shameless. They only care about money, and yes, they charge you a lot of money for the management fees (that they supposedly handle) while they do nothing, when many other real estate agencies charge absolutely nothing and treat you and care for you a thousand times better. A lot of name and a lot of history Chomon, but for me, it has left much to be desired. I think it's the same as always, the more fame, etc., the less they care about the client.
