Negative experience: The worst real estate agency in Bilbao. I'm writing this review to stop them from scamming young people, who struggle so much to access housing. My son and his partner had to move to Bilbao for work and rented an apartment through Grupo Macar. The worst decision we could have made. Not only did they hand over the property in terrible conditions, but once the contract was finished, they had the nerve to charge them a fortune for cleaning and refuse to send us an invoice justifying it. When we keep calling their phone, a voicemail comes on, and all we have managed to get from them is that they totally wash their hands of it and that we should contact the owners. What a disaster of a service. Anyway, if you don’t want to be laughed at and have your money taken in the easiest way possible, never rent with this unprofessional agency.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I've had with a real estate agency. Maria, a relative of the owner, handed over an apartment in deplorable conditions, full of cat hair, with mattresses that looked like they were picked up from a dumpster and the contract stated it was delivered 'freshly painted.' How embarrassing. After assuring us that our deposit would be fully refunded, they blocked 400 euros for cleaning and refuse to provide us with the invoice justifying this blockage of our money. A full scam. Now it turns out that despite handing over the keys to the apartment and taking them back, they completely disassociate themselves and say we should sort it out with the owner. Complete shamelessness. If you want to avoid headaches, don’t even think about dealing with these people.

Positive experience: A great team, we have contacted them in the company, very good attention and above all very specialized, they have incredible market knowledge.

Negative experience: Not recommended at all. Please do not hire them. In our case, they did not find us any warehouse; we found it ourselves through another contact and managed everything directly with the owner. Still, they wanted to charge a huge commission for it. After months of discussion, we ended up paying, as the conversations with them escalated significantly. As if that weren't enough, a few months later, we were contacted by the owners of a different warehouse warning us that this company was speaking with different warehouse owners saying that our company was interested in renting their warehouse. Without having hired them or requested anything. Terrible service and very unprofessional. I asked Javier personally for explanations, and literally, he told me to go 'xxx' over the phone and hung up on me. I hope they don't deceive anyone else.
