Negative experience: I do not recommend the experience. It creates insecurity. In the only experience I've had with them applying to be a tenant, it feels like, due to the rental prices they offer (lower than the neighborhood average), their interest is in sharing the bank details that you must provide for the evaluation of your profile. Because, after accepting that submission, not much is heard from them again.

What you are talking about is called 'consultation key', as the name suggests, it is simply for consultation (in no case is ANY transaction or anything like that made), it is completely legal and banks authorize it. Negative experience: In my opinion, it's a trash real estate agency. Since we moved three months ago, it's been a hassle to get registered. So far, only one person has been able to register. They send us from one place to another and make a fool of us. We reported the issue and until now, no solutions. We call, and the staff are rude, eventually telling you to just keep waiting. The main door is falling apart and to this day, no solutions have been provided. They really only care about collecting rent month after month. It's a total scam, A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Negative experience: My experience was very bad. I just hope they return my reservation as soon as possible because they charge me, and after 10 minutes they tell me that I am not eligible. They take a long time to return my money; everyone is passing the buck. My experience is that the staff tell me that the guarantees are valid only if the tenants have a contract. Why should I provide a guarantee? It's illogical, so they charge me for a service that I will not be able to use.

Positive experience: El trato ha sido muy bueno, por parte del comercial y de todas las personas con las que hemos hablado. La obligatoriedad de adquirir un seguro con la propia empresa, con unas garantías en las que no estábamos de acuerdo ha ralentizado mucho la gestión. Una pena, sino tendrían más puntuación por mi parte.
