Negative experience: They are the worst. They charged me €750 for a rental of an apartment that I didn't even occupy because my wife got vertigo. I wanted them to show me more apartments, but they refused, telling me that they had to charge me that €750. Very unprofessional, they only care about money and nothing else.

Negative experience: What a way to scam!! They show us some plots both for rent and sale, allowing us to choose the one we like and suits us best, obviously. When we go to visit them, we see signs stating that the plot has been sold or rented. We choose one and sign a rental agreement, giving a deposit for a remote and key, advancing the first month and paying a month for management fees to the agency. The day arrives and that plot is occupied, not being able to park the car since day one because there is this problem in those garages, and they know it too. We decide to cancel the contract and lose the first month and the management fee of a real estate agency (two months) because they do not disclose the issues from day one. Had it been the case, I would have never signed any contract. There should be no deception towards people and one should be upfront with the client. I don't think I should pay for poor management nor any advance month. The plots are located at crossings. BE VERY CAREFUL.

Negative experience: impresentable, el comercial Miguel Angel se olvidó por completo de la cita, habiamos quedado a las 16:30 para ver un piso en alquiler, le llamé y me pregunto el a mi a que hora habiamos quedado, ni se disculpó ni nada, de forma bastante torpe se inventó una excusa y me dijo que estaria en 10/15 minutos, esperé media hora mas y al final me marché, y si fuera poco me llama a los 10 minutos para decirme que no, que me equivoqué yo de dia. En fin, todo un profesional.
