Negative experience: I renovated my apartment and put everything new on the recommendation of this real estate agency because that was how it was rented out before and for a higher price. I rented it to a family that the agency presented to me, claiming that they were highly recommended. It turns out the recommendation came from the hairdresser in the building next door where they lived. Half a year later, they left the country without saying anything and left another relative in my apartment who, in turn, was subletting the rooms. Very unprofessional. There are many more real estate agencies with greater prestige and experience. When I demanded they find me new tenants with a guarantee at no cost, they sent me packing.

Negative experience: They were in charge of selling an apartment in Vitoria. We were the first to accept (according to what the real estate agency told us). We offered to pay the price they asked for. When our bank called them informing that everything was in order and we wanted to give the deposit, they told us that the apartment was going into 'auction' and that we had to bid. The one who offered the most money would take it. Despite being the first, we lost it. This practice is legal, but it is not honest.

Desde el primer momento nos han tratado con amabilidad, cercanía y muy interesados por nuestras preferencias, gustos y necesidades. Han buscado lo mejor para nosotros. Hemos estado con Iñaki, nos parece una persona muy cercana a la vez que profesional. No dudamos que el resto del equipo sea igual de profesional. Yo la recomendaría sin duda alguna.

Negative experience: El trabajo de Cristina fue excepcional pero trabajan con un abogado que tira por tierra todo su esfuerzo. Trató repetidamente de cobrarnos un 3% iva a parte, fuera de lo que habíamos acordado de palabra. La comunidad, el banco, la abogada...todos me llamaban la atención porque este hombre llamaba una y otra vez incansable. Teníamos que solucionar papeles porque el piso era una herencia y nos atosigó muchísimo sin poder estar en nuestras manos hacerlo mejor. Muy mala voluntad y a punto de pagar mucho dinero de más por su mala gestión.
