I asked if I could see it again and the real estate agent told me not to bother... I spoke with the owners who were outside and they said no problem... that one of their sons was there and that I could go whenever I wanted... I called the real estate agency and nothing, they said no... we set a date for the signing... my surprise was that after a week of notice of the date they said they couldn't... I called the agency and in a rude manner they told me that if it couldn't be done, it couldn't be done... I asked them to please talk to the owners since I would be homeless and they said no... I had to find an apartment, spend 900 euros, and lose my child's allowance.... the surprise was that the owner of the apartment called me and told me that the agency had informed them 4 days before the signing... they didn't notify me when I called the agency. Of course, it's nice to be on vacation... another surprise is that the boiler was broken... they informed me and we decided to put in a new one. Well, they told me it would be 600 euros... it turns out they didn't inform me... and now instead of 600 it's 900 on the day of the signing... the phrase they kept telling me was that I would have a good reference even if I would be the bad one. Another surprise is that they asked for two more days after I had already signed the documents for my apartment that I had left them... of course, I notified the notary because they didn’t take the keys and the notary said that this is not how things are done... I gave in and the notary made a written statement... when I left, everyone was shouting at me if I had left them, and the agency lady turned to me and said 'Yolanda is good-hearted but I took the opportunity to say that they had to pay me 900 euros'... it turns out that in the end, because of the real estate agency, I paid 1800 euros that I shouldn’t have... due to the bad faith of the agency... I do not recommend it at all. The good faith that the real estate agent preaches, she does not have.

Negative experience: I have been asking for information about some locations for a month and nothing, there has been no response to my messages! I called on the phone and they told me they would call me back on Monday, and I think I forgot to ask which Monday it would be because it could be the first Monday of 2023... shameful.
