Now that I have the apartment rented through a real estate agency that attends to its clients properly, I realize why that amount is paid for a service that you do not offer. By the way, I believe that in the apartment you offer on your website, which was the one you rented to me, andikollano 2. 1d for 700€, and now you ask for 765€, you should inform about the pest problems that the apartment suffered while I lived in it, such as rats and cockroaches, to the point of having a rat come out of the toilet. I think this is an important point to mention when renting an apartment.

If what you want is to cause harm for no reason, we can assist you at the office and resolve your concerns personally, best regards.

Negative experience: Bueno, simplemente me parece que el tema de alquileres lo gestionais mas pensando en invertir el menor tiempo posible que en buscar el inquilino ideal para el propietario. Esa fue mi experiencia desde luego
Sentimos mucho que nuestra gestión no haya sido de tu agrado. Siempre buscamos perfiles cualificados para todos nuestros alquileres y los ponemos en conocimiento del propietario para que lo acepte o lo rechace. Maite esperamos que tengas suerte en la búsqueda de tu inquilino, ya que es un proceso complejo y en el que no hay que dejarse llevar por intuiciones.
Negative experience: Mala experiencia. El comprador dio muchos problemas a la hora de cumplir el contrato firmado. No hubo apoyo por parte de la inmobiliaria hacia nosotros.
Sentimos vuestra valoración, somos conscientes de que las ventas de viviendas de herencia son procesos frustrantes para algunos vendedores, y es muy difícil estar todos de acuerdo, lamentamos que no se hayan sentido apoyados, pero en este caso el comprador tenía la postura más lógica y la razón, nosotras no podemos apoyar ilegalidades y nuestra misión ha sido realizar la firma en plazo pactado y por el precio que ustedes querían, lamentamos su malestar y les animamos a leer el resto de reseñas positivas de nuestros clientes para que si en un futuro lo necesitan, quizás crean conveniente contactar con nosotras gracias.
