They made us go through a really bad sales process: From the very first moment, they try to convince us to lower the price with premises like: 'the orientation is not that important'; being a 15th-floor apartment facing south, which has natural light from 9 in the morning until 9 at night and the minimum temperature in winter doesn't drop below 20º without heating... 'The furniture doesn't have real value' high-end furniture and appliances with less than a year from Maison du monde (quality and design)... They speculate with the price, playing with exclusivity by 'lowering' the fees. They invade privacy, going to the apartment whenever they want without notice... They took more than 7000 euros for a single day of viewings, and as soon as it was sold, they put another one on the same portal, without furniture and north orientation for 10000 euros more! They haven't done anything for us other than take advantage and deceive us...

Negative experience: The only thing I regret about selling my apartment is trusting this real estate agency. Personally and subjectively, I could give a terrible review, but they have taken care of making it unnecessary for me to do so and have provided a negative critique instead. Phrases like; 'Orientation is not important, the value of the furniture is relative' (when the buyer was very interested in leaving the house with everything. Of course, we found this out after the agency encouraged us to lower the price). Entering my house without notice and before the agreed time with the buyer's parents. They made it so that our bank managers had to talk to each other to close the sale (the agency with whom we bought processed it themselves), saying they would take care of everything. On the first day, they already try to set a low price to speed up the sale... And it goes on and on. Another issue in our case was a lack of understanding with the person in charge of our sale, which made everything even more unpleasant, something that could be easily resolved by allowing us both to interact with another person from the team instead of forcing us to continue enduring the situation. We all expressed our discomfort in this regard. Ah!!! We provided some keys during the entire process. When I need them, I notify and set a time at the office. When I arrive, it is closed (it was not closing time, of course). I inform again and am cheerfully told that she was at a viewing and to give her half an hour more, in addition to what I have already waited, and that she had previously arranged to pick them up to avoid this. Well... Little things... A disaster and above all, a shame.

Negative experience: WARNING! WARNING! They are scammers, they play with people's illusions and DO NOT SELL APARTMENTS, THEY AUCTION THEM. I comment on the situation: We first contacted them to see an apartment, supposedly we were going to see it the first day they showed it at 6 PM, but at 10 AM they called us saying that the first person who had seen it was keeping it and was making the deposit, so far everything seemed normal. After that, we saw two apartments with them, in the first one (which I didn't like) they didn't mention AT ALL that we were entering a bidding process, but in the second one, surprisingly, they tell you that they open viewings for 3 days, bidding starts at €300, and if you want it, you have to place a bid, the next people who view it must increase the bid by at least €1000. They also tell you that they will notify you when someone bids on it, to our surprise...until the third day, no one bid, but suddenly they have 3 buyers and you must increase the bid by at least €4000, when you ask to see proof of those sudden bids, they respond evasively and suddenly it’s NOT €4000 MORE but almost €8000 and that if you want to continue in the 'game' you have to increase your offer, the next rule they don’t tell you is that when there are 2 buyers left, the bidding is done sealed and before a notary...they don't show you anything before nor give you evidence of the supposed bids....considering what was mentioned in the first contact with them...I can’t quite understand the mechanism of this company. Honestly, I distrust everything they say since they are not clear, they don’t provide proof when you ask for it (obviously WE DON'T ASK FOR ANYONE'S PERSONAL DATA), they respond evasively, they keep raising the price at their discretion, ultimately they are neither transparent nor is their management very clear.

Negative experience: This real estate agency sent me a listing for an apartment they are selling for €115,000. They asked me if I was interested and so on, I said yes and asked to show it to me as I was very interested. I had the visit scheduled in 5 days, meanwhile, I went to the bank and made all the arrangements to buy it as soon as I saw it since it looked very good in the photos. One day before the visit, they called me at 8:00 PM and told me that the price of the apartment went up by €3,000 and that if I wanted it, I had to offer more. This completely threw me off; they said it was their way of working and so on. The next day I went to see the apartment, and during the same visit, they told me it had gone up another €1,000 and that they use a marketing method akin to an auction called the Alsa line or something like that, which I couldn't find online. In the afternoon, I called and was told that the price had gone up another €3,000, and this continued until today, where the apartment has closed offers and has gone up €16,000 above the price they initially told me, going from €115,000 to needing to pay them €132,000. You have taken advantage of the fact that we were very interested, playing with people's hopes. You had a week to explain your working methods, but you notified us just hours before after I had done my homework and moved everything with the bank. EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT THE PRICES THEY GIVE YOU WILL ALWAYS INCREASE BY €20,000 OR €30,000 MORE. I never want to hear from this real estate agency again. On top of that, after increasing the price, you charge management fees of €3,500.

Negative experience: I have been very disappointed with what is supposed to be their way of working. We went to see an apartment this week, and we were surprised to find that the way to get it was through an AUCTION. They inform us of this way of working only when we are viewing the apartment. An auction lasting three days, where each client bets their money, and the rest of the clients are informed through WhatsApp. I suppose it’s a sales strategy, but I no longer know if this is legal or not. One of the objectives is to please the sellers, regardless of the buyers in this case. The ad listed a price of €114,900, and at no time was there any mention of a starting price, auction, or anything of the sort. The next day, the price had increased by more than 10%. On the other hand, it was not even known if that apartment had an important feature like a gas connection. We have felt disappointed and deceived. Here is my reference about this real estate agency and a future buyer. Do not trust you.
