And responding to Lorena, who according to what I wrote in the review called my personal number to rant at me and say 'why did I put the review after so long (THREE WEEKS) because it was no longer relevant, and why I had to give a negative review'. And seeing that she has also done it here, I will explain again to see if Lorena finally understands: I am not complaining that you reserved the apartment for the first customer who saw it without giving a deposit and who was going to see it again the next day, and that I, who was the second to see the apartment (6 hours later), as soon as I entered you told me that even if I gave you the deposit at that moment, you wouldn't sell it to me because there was a guy interested. I am complaining that you knew I was only and exclusively coming from HARO to Barakaldo to see the apartment, and that you should have told me that you, for your 'professional ethics', would not sell me the apartment if the other one took it, and you had half a day to do it. You caused me a waste of time and money, and when I told you this, your only response was 'well, at least you saw an apartment', showing how much you care about the people who come to you to buy an apartment. Therefore, and I hope this is finally the end of this issue and you, LORENA, I reiterate what I say in my review: A TOTAL LACK OF CONSIDERATION AND RESPECT TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER, AT LEAST LORENA. Lorena, you changed your response to my first comment, do not change your response to make me look bad. At no time did you tell me that the apartment was reserved, otherwise I would not have gone. You should be ashamed to want to make me look bad when the one who has not behaved well is you. And now you come to me with that you acted based on the owner's decision.... that's a lie. And now change the response as many times as you want, all you're doing is continuing to portray yourself as the 'professional' you are...
