Negative experience: The worst buying process of all the ones I have done. They charge both the buyer and the seller, a company policy that I do not agree with but that's up to them. If I, as a buyer, pay a commission, I understand that the real estate agency also works for me, but they neglect the requests I made for them to present to the seller, claiming that they do not operate that way. During the signing of the deposit, it came to light that the apartment lacked a gas installation, something that they not only had confirmed to me but had supposedly confirmed afterwards. Some of the issues that arose are the seller's fault, but the process with the agency has certainly not been satisfactory in proportion to the commission they charge. As a real estate investor, I do not recommend this agency.
