Negative experience: A real estate agency that does not give you confidence at all. They sold me an apartment while hiding very important information. They claimed they knew nothing, which I seriously doubt. Please be very careful with them; none of the people who work there can be trusted. They treat you very well, that's for sure, and that makes you fall for them and believe in them. But once you acquire the property, they act like they knew nothing. They offer to help you sell the apartment, of course, a few months after you bought it, but since the house has many serious problems, who is going to buy it? The strangest thing is that other real estate agencies knew about the issues, only this agency didn't. To sell you a house with many problems that they definitely knew about is not very reliable. Luckily, I got information in time, and it is still reportable. They are supposed to be professionals with 50 years of experience, and you trust them, but it’s the opposite; they deceive you and tell you many lies. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!

Negative experience: They are supposed to manage the name change of the supplies, but in reality, they switch to a company they have an agreement with (as of today, Repsol). In my case, I bought a house with them a few months ago, and I've had to 'eat' a penalty to return to the company the previous owner had for the supplies. Of course, if I had known, I would have made the change of supplies myself. I'm leaving this noted so that future buyers take it into account.

Negative experience: I don't give them a 0 because I can't, if you want to schedule a visit don't call on a Saturday morning. I knew one and I called just in case the same morning of the visit since they hadn't contacted me again to confirm or cancel the visit. And when I called, I found out that the apartment had already been sold, that they had already received the deposit that same morning and that they 'didn't have' my appointment noted anywhere. A shameful service and a terrible lack of professionalism.

In my experience, at the very least, the proper supervision of the property they sold me was not adequately attended to. After asking pertinent questions about the types of renovations needed in the property I purchased, the answer I received - which led me to make the purchase - does not match reality, and the cost of the necessary renovations amounts to over €8000. I do not directly blame the salesperson because I do not know if their knowledge about the apartment was simply insufficient, but clearly the mercantile spirit outweighed the service vocation, greatly prejudicing me. Today, they called me and even became tense with me over the phone, pressuring me with accusations of defamation regarding my previous comment. I apologize if it was too aggressive to accuse them of deception and concealment, explaining that €8000 is a significant amount to bear. However, this unwanted phone conversation on my part, and expressing my disagreement to maintain it, was unpleasant for me; I felt forced to change my comment, threatened, and it has caused me distrust regarding their role in this matter. Bullying and semi-mafioso attitude. I therefore amend my previous comment and repeat my apologies regarding some just words, but clearly inspired by emotion.
