Fantastic experience: I bought a property this year through them and everything was great. The signing of the flat was delayed quite a bit and was a little more complicated than normal due to legal issues and unresolved inheritances, etc... (all of this being unrelated to the real estate agency, obviously). Throughout the entire process and the months we took, they were always attentive in keeping me informed about the progress as well as sending me updated documentation. As far as I know, they were also helping to expedite and resolve everything with the seller's side to facilitate the signing. Despite the complications that this particular purchase presented, everything was resolved very well and there was excellent communication. Negative experience: AWFUL EXPERIENCE! We found a property that matched our expectations and made an offer (paying a deposit beforehand), which we had to increase. An agreement was made with the seller and they accepted the offer, pending the signing of the agreement but there was a verbal agreement in the meantime. Later, they asked for another €10,000 on the final offer or else the apartment wouldn’t be mine, even though we were previously informed that they had accepted the offer (without the contract being signed yet) and we started working on selling our current property. Honestly, it seems like a joke from the seller and the real estate agency, since if there's no signed agreement, they shouldn't confirm an offer agreement… If I say we are very disappointed, it's an understatement, playing like this with no one's dreams.

Negative experience: Mala experiencia por la erronea valoración del inmueble a vender. Me puse en contacto con esta inmobiliaria por sus buenas reseñas y me hicieron una valoración del inmueble, me pareció bajisima y acudí a otra inmobiliaria que lo valoraron muy por encima del precio que me había dado Lander. La diferencia de precio de venta era de un 20%. El piso se ha vendido en la primera semana de ponerse a la venta con la otra inmobiliaria, y lo más importante, el piso se ha tasado por más de ese valor, es decir, la valoración que hizo Ezker Aldea de mi inmueble fué erronea. Cuando pones tu patrimonio en manos de un profesional esperas que te recomiende velando por tus intereses, sin especulaciones, ni al alza ni a la baja. Por suerte yo contraste la valoración de Ezker Aldea frente a otras.
