Negative experience: We had the property for sale. They behaved very badly, informing and doing more for the buyer than for us. We were not informed of anything. Very poor service. Now we want to sell an apartment with a garage plot and another plot with a storage room, but I will sell it myself, because I refuse to pay people who do not fulfill their duties, no way. We should never have given the property to these ungrateful people!!!!!

Negative experience: I had an appointment yesterday at a certain time for a visit, and after waiting 10 minutes out of courtesy, I called and was told that the colleague was on the way. To my surprise, two minutes later, another guy called me to inform me that the appointment was scheduled for the next day. I know it was for yesterday because I was accompanied, and specifically requested to be accompanied on that day since we couldn't make it today. For me, it was a bad experience because I believe that if the error was theirs, they should have gone to the appointment since it was just three minutes from the real estate office. When I was informed that the colleague was on the way, they seemed very unprofessional to me.

Fantastic experience: I had my apartment for sale for a while without selling it until I contacted them. I had an acquaintance who had bought from them and recommended them to me, so I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, they managed to sell it quite quickly despite it being an inheritance. They also handled all the documentation they asked for; it's nice to receive the attention they give you. 100% recommended.

Negative experience: My mother-in-law sold an apartment in October 2023 with this real estate agency. They signed over the value of the apartment and in the deeds, they stated that my mother-in-law received €21,500 in cash when that was not the case; the notary, who is from Getxo, must have a friendship or something, as the notary has never read that my mother-in-law received €21,500 in cash. Be careful with the financial advisor as they take more than double or triple of their fees. They left us on the street with three animals, and luckily the girl wasn't with us, otherwise they would have left us on the street with the girl too. They are scammers, neither sell nor buy an apartment with the Elkano real estate agency.

I was born into a family of merchants and hoteliers, and today I dedicate myself to this profession that has given me so much, and I am a staunch defender of our beloved Barakaldo, its commerce, and hospitality. Today I want to talk about my experience with Elkano real estate. I purchased a property in Herriko Plaza, and they were the agency managing the sale. My experience is very, very negative. We have had practically no information about the property; we had to obtain the simple note and its cadastral value on our own. They only cared about the property, with zero transparency towards us. The property, in the offer, had heating but we found the boiler broken, and the heating and hot water pipes were cut. Elkano real estate was aware of all this at all times, and we were never informed. I belong to the association of merchants and hoteliers ABK of Barakaldo, and we care for our commerce, hospitality, and the guarantee we provide to our clients. I think the situation that has occurred is very sad and calls into question the professionalism and know-how of this real estate agency. Now we will have to sue the owner for hidden defects, and I believe this is the worst solution. Regards

Negative experience: My experience has not been satisfactory or pleasant at all. I have observed that they boast of seriousness, professionalism, and commitment, but it is quite the opposite. At least that is what they have shown me during the three months that I gave them my property exclusively for sale.

Negative experience: They showed up at my house because someone had told them that I was selling an apartment. A family member is in a nursing home and the house is empty but is not yet for sale. I find it a violation of intimacy and privacy, infringing data protection laws and using a truly disgusting and vile harassment technique that is frightening.

Me pareció su oferta muy interesante , tanto en lo ecónómico , como por los servicios que ofrecía ( montaje fotográfico del piso que mostraba la vivienda después de la rehabilitación ; estudio y adecuación de la vivienda y sus accesos a la normativa vigente para personas con discapacidad física ; proyecto intervención en la envolvente térmica para ahorro de energía y un largo etcétera ) .
